Who could replace Angle?

Well now that Angle is no longer in WWE... Or ECW... What do you think ECW will do? Do you think their gonna replace him with another big name? Or do you think there just going to push another superstar? Personally I think there probably gonna bring in someone new.... I really dont know who yet tho... Who do you think they'll bring in??

I agree they need to bring back Super Crazy.... But I dont think that any lucha libre star can replace Kurt.... I think they should add someone kind of like Kurt... An ECW original... Chris Benoit...

They definetly need a replacement for someone like Kurt Angle, perhaps Chris Benoit. But as an alternative they could psuh CM Punk in his place.

I agree that they need to push CM Punk a bit more. Punk knows enough moves, he just doesnt have time to use them at all. It must be tough trying to fit the total package into a 5 minutes match. They need a longer show so that they can actually showcase the talent that they have. I could see them bringing Benoit in as a good replacement, but honestly... whats the point unless they get the belt off the Big Slow?

I really dont see Show holding the belt much longer... But I agree... I really dont think ECW is gonna be big until they get 2 hours... I can see Benoit returning.... Beating Show... And becoming the new ECW Champ...

I would love to see Benoit return. I love the guy, and he would be a credible ECW champ... but your'e dead on when you say that ECW won't mean much until they have the time to showcase the talent. I have to give them credit for trying this past week though. There were like 5 matches! In one hour! It would take raw or smackdown about 3 years to fit that many matches in between the interviews.

I agree... But what kind of match is it when it only lasts 5 mins.... And I really think they need to get Show off as the Champ... If ECW dies... It'll be all Shows fault...

Yeah. I mean, Punk looked kinda crappy this week. CW anderson dominated until Punk got the Anaconda Vice on him... I think it sucks that he has to showcase himself like that. The sooner they move him up into the feuds with bigger names, I think he'll start to deliver. I would like to see him as a new TV champ or something of the sort, but again... theres really only time for one champion at the moment

Im giving it a month or two before ECW goes to 2 hours... Its brining Sci-Fi its highest ratings ever... So I dont know why they wouldnt expand it to 2 hours... But I also agree Punk being pushed could also replace Angle...

While I want them to give Punk a huge push I think unfortunatley Hardcore Holly will probably take his place. Sabu is already recieving a push, R.V.D is going to be a mid-carder for a while in my oppinion and Big Show is already at the top.

Not many wrestlers can replace angle, benoit is so far the best choice. CM Punk should be the next big star there (I like his style), plus they should negotiate with sci-fi about a 2 hour slot to get all the old guys back, who ever wants to.

Kurt is unique nobody can replace him. Chris Benoit is as close as you going to get, but I've seen bricks with more charisma than him
