To an extent they already do that, but it's a great idea none the less. You pay for the network so not everyone is going to see it. They should be watching NXT though, but if you're a parent and you don't want your child watching an edgy wrestling show, don't get the network.
As for the swearing in the ring. Just take a walk through any school yard anywhere during lunch recess. The kids there would put these wrestlers to shame. They hear it at home, in video games and pretty much everywhere. I'm sure that Randy Orton swearing a couple of time on RAW after 9 at night isn't going to scar them for life. Some of these 10 year olds would give him a run for his money.
EDIT: Just realized I didn't answer the question as to who it benefits. It's benefits Ambrose, he's been toned down a lot. Wyatt, Orton, well pretty much a lot of people on the roster. Plus it benefits us fans, if we can get better booking, better matches out of it, then bonus.
