Yes. The extended scenes make them so much better.

The first half gets boring. Considering I've seen the first many more times than the others it's not that exciting. Besides, I need a huge war.

I wasn't sure between the second two. I was pretty positive I wouldn't watch Fellowship, but I decided to put it there anyway.

Can't tell you how many times i've seen each of those. My personal favorite is Return of the King, because it shows how badass Aragorn is, but i'd say go with Two Towers. The action in that movie is spectacular.
