great thread. then again, i just love to talk about wrestling.
and blood baths in particular. some of my favorite matches of all time have been bloody, and no, i am not a blood freak. just so happens that when done rightly, blood really adds to the story telling of a match.
great responses so far. totally agree that Triple H and HBK have had some bloody wars together: last man standing and hell in a cell and street fight. what about when they were in the cell as a team against the McMahons and Big Show. everyone but Show was a bloody mess by the end of that one.
also Triple H vs. Flair had some great blood wars, including the steel cage and last man standing. but all of these have already been mentioned, so i'll add one of my own.
Triple H vs. Cactus Jack, Royal Rumble 2000 in a street fight. Cactus Jack destroyed Triple H with a barb wire bat, running it along his face and using it as a prop to an elbow drop. and that was 10 years ago! blood baths like that weren't as common, so it was pretty cool, especially for the time. plus that was an intense story with some really good history and emotion in it. so i'd say that was a pretty good and bloody match.
