So as of late I've really been considering adopting a child that I could adore, watch over and mentor into becoming a beneficial part of society. I'm heart broken to know their are so many children out there without any homes and I feel it's my duty to take care of at least one and maybe as many as I possibly can.
For now, I'll start with one and my excitement is beyond words. To know that I can make a difference in this young mans life is incredible to me, as well as the effect he'll have on mine.
I'll try and get one that is in or near his teen years as long as he's shown promise, though I will make sure to pick the golden egg no matter what the age(even if it means adopting a three year old.)
Anyway, I'm looking for some advise on what type of child is the best to adopt and which has the most potential. I'm only really a novice at this time on adoption and that's only due to what I've read on the internet.
My question to you is pretty simple, is it better to adopt an asian or black orphan?
As far as Asians go, I can count on the child being smart and becoming a doctor or perhaps business man. I don't hear of many asian lawyers or asian entertainers, but there are many in the fields of medicine as well as science. I could possibly adopt the chinamen who finds the cure for cancer? On the other hand, though they are smart, the options for asians seem less broad. I would've also figured they are computer savvy, but when you think of computer big wigs, they all appear to be white (Jobs, Gates, Zuckerberg, Case, Tom, Google founders etc)
Now, the other choice of course is black orphans. Black orphans are super athletic and kow how to hip hop as well as say things in crazy funny ways (What's crackin y'all
) If I adopted black, he could grow up to be athlete, singer, entertainer, President, etc. There seems to be many more options for black orphans. Track, Basketball, Football, Rapping, R&B, Comedy.
I don't think I could be more proud of my foster child then to see him come home with a Heisman as well as a multi million dollar contract.
Anyway, I think both types hold tremendous potential, which is why I'm torn. So which would be the species you would choose? Would you adopt a mongoloid(Asian species) or negroid(species of african decent) if it were up to you?
P.S. When I say black or african, I mean anyone from West African decent and not those of east africa decent, I want a beast athlete not some skinny marathon runner.
