Nowadays wwes not making any sense. Theres alot to point out but ill just go with R Truths Heel turn. R Truth was one of the 6 pros in nxt saeson 4. His rookie had won that nxt season, and now have a chance at the tag team titles.

1: Where the hell is Johnny Curtis anyway?

Johnny was the top babyface of that season. Has wwe forgot that they still have a tag team Title shot?
Are they just gonna make him finally debut as an unexpected heel and team with r truth?
Or are they gonna release them before he even debuted?

Any thoughts on this?

I Apoligize if i dont make any sense

Who says Curtis has to be a babyface on debut man.. Half of NXT season 1 roster consisted of face members and they all debuted as Nexus.. FULL FLEDGED HEELS!! And didn't all the rookies of season 2 ended up beating Kaval after he won the season.. Dont worry.. Keep on enjoying the show.. Stop worrying about all the goofs and there wont be any need for anything to make sense... :)

I forgot Johnny Curtis even won NXT and had a contract until I saw this thread. There is a chance that Curtis can debut on RAW within the next few weeks and align himself with Truth. But I honestly don't see them being the ones taking the belts off Kane and Big Show. Or WWE can take advantage of the fact many most likely have forgotten about Curtis and scrap any plans for the two to team up. Truth is doing great by himself right now and I think pairing him up with Curtis will only derail his current push. Just my two cents. I guess only time will tell what happens with Curtis (if anything at all).

Here's the thing, who says R-Truth will take up that title shot? Why should he care about Johnny Curtis? He said he only cares about himself so him turning heel is fine. It makes sense, he is sick of pandoring to the people so he turned. Him saying “what's up” got him no where (like he said) so he is going to do what it takes to win the BIG belt and him winning the Tag Titles really does his career no good at all.

Oh and one other thing.....how many people actaually watched NXT to know Curtis even won?

Yeah the NXT winners, aside from Barrett, aren't doing too much.

That said, you can just further R-Truth's heel turn. They can have the match and he walks out on Curtis. I think the thing is they don't have any room for Curtis right now, which is true. So maybe they're waiting until they have some sort ofplan with him until they bring him up. They don't need another guy in limbo.

I honestly couldn't stand Curtis so I don't care if he ever debuts. He's ok in the ring at best but has absolutely no charisma or personnality. He was never the favorite of the season either. That title goes with either Brodus Clay or Derrick Bateman, but for whatever reason WWE made him seem like the face of the season when he clearly wasn't. Although if he does debut he'll most likely team with Truth as a heel, rise up against him in a fued(considering Truth now lacks any fued considering Morrison's injury), or becomes a jobber, all of which I wouldn't have any problem with at all.

yeah btw i miss kaitlyn she won nxt right? and where is she? I miss her shes HOT! :boobies:

She filled in for Michelle McCool on tours teaming up with Layla.

I think its silly to let this one go because quote "no one watches NXT" well remember its online with a live chat with joey styles and fink. I have sit on them and the room is pretty filled.

And guess what? A lot of them in that chat complain its not on tv anymore. In other countries it is on tv but for these chatters they obviously live where its not and want it back on tv.

NXT will reach another season and Vince talked about getting it back on the air so yeah...

ANYWAY, to the thread topic, I would atleast bring in Curtis to say that Truth turned his back on him as well OR back him up as the heel partner. However, when Truth got screwd out of this title at the PPV...

It seems like Curtis should of walked up then and reminded him of the title shot. Then the WWE should of gave the win to them since Big Show is on RAW now anyway stupid move considering tag team champs can go on both shows.

But yeah, and once Truth won those titles with Curtis he should taken out Curtis and claimed they were his and his only. Maybe not even tag Curtis during the match or something.

WHO CARES ABOUT JOHNNY CURTIS!!! He was BORING anyway Brodus Clay was intense in the ring and had great promos too, He HAD wwe superstar written wall over him more then Johnny Curtis did.

Who gives two shits about Johnny Curtis???? Any answer other than "not any goddamn body" is wrong.

Let's just make it clear about NXT right now. NXT doesn't mean shit. If you wanna be brutally honest, NXT hasn't meant shit since Season II. I don't even know what purpose NXT serves, even as a show airing online, with Tough Enough on the air. Tough Enough is an infinitely more entertaining and better produced show than NXT, the show draws a solid 2.5 million viewers and it's just a good solid hour of television.

Johnny Curtis is irrelevant. Nobody cares if Johnny Curtis ever debuts on the main WWE roster. Him winning NXT simply doesn't mean anything. Most people simply don't care. After I'm finished typing this, I probably won't give Johnny Curtis another thought until/unless he debuts on WWE television and, truthfully, I'd say that's probably true for most people that are actually even aware that he won NXT in the first place.

It seems like the WWE is desperate to find another superstar who will help their ratings. First they create NXT to find new talent and now they bring back Tough Enough. It just seems like they are trying really hard to find another big superstar since their biggest longtime wrestlers are retiring....HBK, Edge, and Undertaker and HHH probally won't be around much longer along with a couple others. By the way......where the hell is HHH?

I agree that some of the things that WWE does don't quite add up. However, I don't think this falls into that box. The guy has yet to debut, so we don't know what they will make of the situation.

He could debut as a heel and he and R-Truth could make that work. They could make a good vs. bad guy story line out of him showing up once he does debut. Just takes time.

You have my stamp of approval. Honestly, I think you are still giving him too much credits for saying he's "ok in the ring". He was a disaster in the ring. All he ever use in the ring was the uppercut. He uppercut all day long, from the start till the end of the match. His mic skill is equally terrible. If John Cena is a 6 in terms of his performance in the ring (entertainment index), Johnny is a 2. That's just how bad he was to me.

I'm into good looking guys with skills (oh no, that didn't come out right) if I were to choose the WWE's next breakout star. Byron Saxton and Lucky Cannon were 2 wrestlers who caught my eyes (oh, no, it came out wrong again) but got eliminated. While Lucky is just looks, Saxton actually is quite smooth in the ring, considering that he is just a "rookie". I would rather have them than Johnny Curtis.

Here is the thing about Johnny, he is going to be a great tallent if molded right. But big Clay should have won the whole damn thing. Johnny needed that win to get anyware in the WWE atm and Clay could have just been sent up to the main roster whenever. He dosen't need anything that Nxt can offer him. He will either take up Mark Henry's big man spot or Shows spot when they go out.

Curtis is ok in the ring and like most new superstars needs to work on his mic. He needed that title to get over in the WWE it's something they can work with. Clay if he stays healthy has a future in the WWE with his size, ring tallent, and good mic skills. Johnny would have just floundered if he was sent to the main roster
