Jeff Jarrett lost a Title versus Career match against Sting at Bound for Glory and subsequently took a leave of absence from TNA..He cut a sympathetic promo after BFG so it's suspected that when he returns, it'll be as a face, which is probably why Christian Cage, a heel, is World Champion and Scott Steiner returned to TNA, and AJ Styles is heel, to give them some heels to work with Jarrett when he returns.

I can't wait for JJ 2 return either. He's a little up there in age, but he still got it, and I like the guy. This time off is good 4 both him and the company, TNA. It makes sense 4 him 2 be face, which is a decent idea. I hope it brings some good feuds!

Seriously. I think right now that a TNA without Jarrett is an improved one. I wouldn't mind him returning if he didn't hog the spotlight at times that it makes not sense, in ways that are nonsensical.

He definitely overstayed his welcome in the TNA limelight. I think having his own promotion went to quickly to his head and never left.

I believe I read somewhere that his wife has cancer. He took the time off of TV & PPV's so that he could be with her when she needed him and there would be no unexplained absences on his part and no changes would be needed in storylines if he wasn't able to attend a show.

Hopefully his wife is doing better and we'll see Jeff back sometime soon.

However, I agree that a face return for him explains why they have CC, AJ and SS all as heels. Would be some good feuds between Jarret, Angle and joe and the above mentioned.

Yes, Jeff's wife has cancer. Not many know this, but the reason why he took a liking to Debra in the WWE was because she reminds him of his wife. It could be looks, it could be personality, but Debra reminded him of her so he asked to have her as his valet.

But I hope when he does return, that he doesn't hog the spotlight and think that he's the ultimate heel by main eventing every show. He truly believes that he's the one to put people over when it's their time to be elevated. He doesn't generate that kind of heat to be a mega-heel. He has X-Pac-heat, and that's hate heat. I wouldn't mind him as a lower level contender to the NWA World Championship, but as a champion, NO!!!! He could be that guy who loses to the main eventers by goes 5-5 against X-Division wrestlers.

Now that he's gone and cut a face-type promo, when he returns, he's actually going to think that he's the top face and eventually place the belt on himself again. This is what Triple H is going to do when he returns. He's done it already.

Jeff Jarretts wife is indeed sick and that is a major why he has taken time off of TV. He is still always behind the scenes at the tapings and PPVs. I'm sure everyone hopes his wife is ok.

Also I think one of the major reason he stayed in the spotlight so long was because he was a recognizable name. Now they have other guys who people know and are establishing new guys.

Jarret's always backstage and on the camera side during the TNA tapings along with Russo and other head TNA people. he comes and goes whenever needed. I'm hope hes back soon. he was the person everyone loved to hate. Just wondering how hes going to make his return.

I LOVE JJ but an glad he has not been on TV for a while. I like what TNA is doing with the champs right now but they are in dire need of midcard title.

WCW US TITLE and WWF IC TITLE is really what made peoples careers.

JJ is a great champ, but its guys like Rhyno, Styles, Sting, Christian ect.. should make a good title run and TNA needs to not change hands so often.
