What should happen to MJ's kids?

Ever since Michael Jackson's unfortunate death, there have been a lot of speculation of who should really get the kids. Right now, the kids are in the hands of Debbie Rowe, one of Jackson's ex-wives. However, most people believe that Rowe is just using them as pawns. She wants to sell the kids for 4 million dollars. On a recent Larry King Special with Jermaine Jackson, he thought MJ's mother should get the kids.

I feel that the kids should either be put in custody of Jackson's mother, or in the custody of Jackson's other ex wife, Janet Jackson because they can do much better than Debbie Rowe is doing.

Yeah I agree custody should be given to MJ's mother. Is she still married to Joe though? If so, she should keep them far away from him. He's continued to prove himself to be a worthless piece of shit. Did anyone see when they interviewed him the day of MJ's death? He starts fucking plugging his new record label! Your son and the most popular musician of all time just died, and you're plugging you're new business?! What a piece of shit.

I just hope the courts have the best interest of the children in mind, and not whether or not Rowe "deserves" them or not. Fuck her, what's best for the kids is what's important, especially now that they're going to be in the national spotlight more than ever before.

I'd agree with X. Rowe has had little involvement in their lives, so why should she get custody of them? Blood doesn't make you family, it just makes you related. Being there for someone makes you family. From what I understand, the grandmother at least wants them. That's more than Rowe can say. Michael may have been a freak at times, but he was there for his kids. They've lost their father. How hard is that, especially when you're already famous just by association? Their grandmother seems to be by far the most stable person for them, so I'd say for their sake, give the kids to her.

Debbie Rowe signed away custody of the children. I don't even know why she would have custody of them right now. She may be their biological mother, but she didn't give a shit about that when she signed away custody all those years ago.

I believe they should go with Jackson's mother. When she dies (which WILL happen. She's something like 82.) they should go to family relatives. Like Janet Jackson. But Jackson's mother should keep Jackson's father far away. Jackson was so fucked up because of the way his father beat them and man-handled them when they were younger. Plus, on the day of Jackson's death, his father was plugging his new record label. Fuck that man.

I believe that MJ's mother should get the kids. I mean when the hell was Debbie Rowe ever there for the kids, hell she gave up her custody rights to the children a while back. Hell to think about it, why the hell does she have custody of them right now. I mean I don't think she should have the custody of them right now due to givin them up.

But to sum all of it up, I hope the idiots in the courts do give them to Michael's mother(and after she dies then either Janet or Jermaine or the remaining siblings should get the children) cause I believe that Michael's mother definitely cares for them a hell of alot more than Debbie Rowe does & from what I believe, Debbie Rowe is just gonna pawn them off again cuase she doesn't truly give a shit about the kids.

MJ's Mother is the obvious choice as long as Joe Jackson is nowhere near them, I seem to remember him making a statemnt along the lines of him pushing MJ's chidren as the new Jackson 3. This is probably the worst thing for them right now, what the kids really need is to be out of the spotlight completely or to at least be with somone who will shield them from the worst of the media attention and the parasites trying to cash in on their fathers death.

Also wasn't Diana Ross mention in MJ's will as the person who he wanted the kids to go to? She's probably not the best option but still if MJ has requested it shouldn't they go to her?

I think that the most stable member of his family should get this kids. I'm sure at least one of his brothers has a nice stable family that could raise the kids. His mother is nearly 80 years old, and if the kids are given to her, odds are that at least the youngest, Blanket, would have to be reassigned to another member of the family before he turns 18.

I imagine that one of Michael's siblings would be the best bet for the kids. The oldest of the children is in his early 60's, I believe, and while not ideal, will at least live long enough to provide a stable home for the children.

Yes, Kip, she was, and you are exactly right on this matter. Katherine Jackson (or at least that is what I am thinking is the name of Michael's mother) is getting old, and you also never know when Joe Jackson, that worthless man he is, will show back up wanting a part in raising the children. And I know that with Katherine, she will very likely be dead before Blanket and probably Paris turn 18, and custody will once again be transferred. Anmd, excuse me if I am wrong on this, I'm just making an assumption, and am probably wrong, but if Katherine was to die before Joe and she had custody of the children, wouldn't Joe Jackson get the children next? Like I said, just an assumption. And, I'm not sure if Diana Ross was next in line or not, I'm thinking she may have been, but Debbie Rowe is another canidate and I don't think she deserves them, I mean look how little she has been in their lives and how she treats them, I mean she even made them wear those masks (it wasn't Michael people), I know she says she didn't want them kidnapped or something, but still, they shouldn't be wearing masks like that in public. Now Diana Ross was mentioned in the will also, and she hasn't had any part in the kids life, at least most likely no moire part than Rowe has, and from what I hear she doesn't have interest in the kids, but I believe she would still have a more stable life for the kids, and have the child's better interest at heart. So I firmly believe according to stablilty of the child's lives and in interest in Michael's last wishes, Diana Ross should have custody of Michael's kids. If not her, then I believe the next best choice would be for one Michael's siblings to have the kids, I mean you have Jermaine, LaToya, Janet, Rebbie, Tito, and well I can't remember them all but I'm sure there is at least one if not more who could provide a stable life for the kids, if Diana is not able or willing to.
