What PPV's Do You Actually Pay For?

I never buy an PPV is to damn much money here in the states so i wnat for it to come out on DVD its like about 20 dollars cheaper so it well worth it plus whne you buy on DVD you get all those extra which is plus....and i have started my WWE collection as i have all of 2000-2006 ppvs on VHS and DVD...and starting this tear too...

You get one's for free? You cheap English bastards. We have to pay generally 25-35 dollars over here to see a normal WWE PPV, and I can't remember what it is for TNA ones but it is a little cheaper I think at around $20, but we don't get free PPV's. The only ones I have ever paid for are Wrestlemania for the past two years and hopefully this one, and also for 2 TNA PPV's. Some are just a waste of money I think, because the WWE ones have definitely been lacking lately and I don't know how many people actually bought them.

We get New Year's Revolution, No Way Out, Backlash, The Great American Bash, One Night Stand, Unforgiven, Cyber Sunday and December To Dismember for free each year. How that?

How can you get them free? The UK could be someplace where they would shell out the pounds to pay for those PPV's and we don't even here of a free show. Not even the preshows to TNA PPV's are given for free. We suck. No wait, you guys are just cheap, lucky bastards. Why on Earth would they give people something that normally costs a lot, for free? That is unfair. Why don't we get at least a trial PPV for free? All those?!!! Jesus Christ the British get everything.

That's because the British invented everything. It's not exactly free. You have to pay for cable or sky and you have to pay a t.v. liscence.

I go to the theaters to see the wrestling ppvs rather than ordering them at home. I always go see the big 4, Royal Rumble, Wrestlemania, Summer Slam and Survivor Series. Then i generally see MOST of the Raw ppvs depending on the card but i have even gone to some lackluster ones for just one match (elmination chamber) I dont see any Smackdown ppvs and after the ECW DTD i dont plan on paying money for them, i will just download them unless ONS 07 has a good card setup.

I only order Royal Rumble & Survivor Series.

Royal Rumble - A great PPV as it is unpredictable and I love the suspense you feel when someone (you don't know who it is) is going to come out.

Survivor Series - You gotta love the Elimination Tag Matches as I love to see who is going to get eliminated and wich man is going to be the last man standing.

I don't actually pay for any of them, I just record the free ones on Sky+

I am planning on buying WrestleMania this year though. If it all goes well, I'll buy SummerSlam also. But I'd probably not pay for a brand-exclusive one, unless it's a really good card.

if you record it you have a day to watch it, and you can only watch it once. I noticed it's at the beginning of the Easter holidays though, so I'm staying up to watch it live.

Armagedon it's good because its the years last PPV
Great American Bash Historic PPV have to see it first
SummerSlam Big four are always good
Survivor Series Big Four are always good
Royal Rumble Big Four are always good

the last one i paid for was the 'Rumble..I didn't feel like buying No Way Out because....well basically nobody really wanted to. So I just saw it via stream. I can't watch PPV's for free on TV so that's how I get them free. I plan on ordering Wrestlemania because WWE almost never fails and they should have one moment that makes you say ''Wow'' Shame that they can't do that for every Pay-Per-View..Then we wouldn't have to spend 40 dollars on some lame-ass card.

I believe that I am going to pay for Wrestlemania this year, but that is only because as a wrestling fan, you have to, no matter what your expectations of it are. Sure the card doesn't look great, but I am interested in seeing the Money in the Bank match, and it is just something that you can't miss. This is the thing with the WWE. Every Wrestlemania for the past couple of years, has looked to have been pretty bad, but we end up paying the 40 bucks for it anyway. I can honestly say that this year will be no different, because it's just something you have to watch.

i usually dont buy them but if i do ill get royal rumble or wrestlemania. summerslam is usually crap and survivor series sometimes has its moments but not £15 quids worth. does anyone know what TNA's big ppv is, e.g WWE's is wrestlemania. i thought it was slammiversary but im not sure.

Bound For Glory is TNA's Wrestle Mania. Although I dont think it come's across as really special. It's just another PPV IMO.

I usually try my best to buy WrestleMania and the Royal Rumble and some other ones would be SummerSlam *which I usually can find a download for that one* but also Survior Series. They do run you alot of money IMO usually about $40.00 but I also check out the card and see who is wrestling who and everything like I just won't say o it's a PPV I'm gonna order it, I gotta check out the card first but when It comes down to things like WrestleMania I'm gonna order regardless. Since now I got this cable box which has DVR on it when im done watching WrestleMania or a PPV I can watch it over and over again while some people can't. Back to the point those are just usually the things to get me to order a PPV or not and also if im good and my mom feels like paying for it because im only 14. I don't usually buy TNA PPV's and you really wouldn't catch me buying a ECW PPV if it's gonna be like December to Dismember.

Last year I paid for Royal Rumble , WrestleMania 22, ECW One Night Stand and TNA Bound For Glory and Genisis. I haven't bought any yet this year, but will be getting WrestleMania 23 this Sunday. Having a little gathering actually.
