My favorite is Randy Orton vs. Cactus Jack at Backlash 2004.
Now I know he's had better wrestling matches since then but I liked his heel Evolution persona and that match is that one that made me sit and say "Oh shit, this guy is the real deal". Props to Foley for putting him over so much and props to Orton on the nasty thumbtacks bump and more.
