What is TNA and Should I Watch it?

Personally i think TNA is much better than Wwe. TNA is more wrestling based while the "e" is more of a "talking show".

A good example of this is the last TNA match i saw 2 minutes into it people were wrestling and bodies were flying in and out of the ring. As i saw this i though how funny how in the "e" the show starts with Cena or someone else "talking" for 15-20 mins before there is even a match.

Wwe makes biggers shows and has a bigger budget and has better lighting and special effects to make every thing look pretty and it has a longer established history.

But TNA does better wrestling.

Wwe is more for kids and small children while men watch TNA imo

funny i'm a grown man and i watched both so your logic is flawed . now i like both but like it been said before tna is hit and miss more on the miss part then hit but i can get over that my main beef is that ever since they left the nwa to ho out on they're create deapartment has fallen back on useing old grimcks and storylines that has been used by other wrestling companys before them in the past.ok back on topick tc yes you should watch at leacse one show of it now to seen if you like it but if you reaily want to get into it i subjust you limted it to they're haydays with the nwa

Let me start off by saying that I am a TNA fan and have been ever since the first time I caught one of their in-demand $9.95 a week PPVs from the Asylum back in the beginning. And if you had posed this question around 2005/2006 I would have emphatically replied "don't miss TNA" simply because their storylines were somewhat entertaining and their in-ring wrestling was amazing and cutting edge.

These days it is either hit or miss with awful storylines with absolutely zero overall continuity and the in-ring work has considerably dropped in quality. Don't get me wrong, TNA still has its rare moments of good promos or great matches but it doesn't happen consistently enough that you simply must not miss it. For me, I still watch because I like a lot of the talents and think they have potential to be a much better company and that those talents should not suffer because of oblivious or outright idiotic management who has less than a clue on how to make things better. Dixie Carter is so obviously in over her head and drowning while Hogan/Bischoff have once again pillaged and raped another wrestling company without having any positives come out of their arrival. Just more of the same that they did in WCW. Realistically, if things do not drastically change I could see TNA going under within the next 6 months-1 year. It has all the similarities to WCW at the end without any of the rise to heights that WCW at least had to balance out its final legacy on the pro wrestling business. I am saddened as a TNA fan that all of that potential continues to go untapped and business will probably be more of the same going forward. Even if Hogan & Bischoff leave TNA, the damage has been done and I don't know if that can ever be repaired.

Bottom line: I would watch TNA for the few good things that it does offer fans of wrestling, no doubt. However, don't get your hopes up about how great it will be week-to-week because that comes and goes without warning. Who knows which week will be great and which one will completely suck?!
