Occasional Pre-Show
We all remember the travesty that was Wcw in 1999. My scenario is simple.

The Horsemen were Flair, Mongo, Benoit and Malenko with AA as a manager

1. Flair beat Hogan clean at Superbrawl
2. The Crazy Flair storyline never happened
3. Nwo dissolved and went their separate ways after Superbrawl
4. Horsemen slowly turned heel during the months after Superbrawl
5. Bret Hart formed a stable of "Dungeon members" including Jericho, British Bulldog and Neidhart to combat the heel Horsemen
6. Bret Hart was treated as a Main Eventer and Mega Face

DO you think WCW could have bounced back in the ratings and continued to put up a fight in the Monday Night War.....

Spring Stampede and Slamboree were awesome ppvs that year... it wasn't all bad.

What went wrong with WCW was simply that "WCW" didn't defeat the nWo in a match like War Games or Sting vs. Hogan which would have put an end to their epic angle, and then moved onto Goldberg being their top guy. Berg should have been the face of the company and centred the promotion around him and WCW could have held their high ratings which could have kept them going during the whole time warner buy out 12months later

Edit: actually Havoc, Myhem and Starrcade were also good ppvs
