What does the future hold for luke gallows?

One of a kind

Dark Match Winner
Luke gallows right now is in the SES the straight edge society. Now we all know no team last for ever. So when the SES breaks up (which I hope is no time soon) where does that leave Luke Gallows. Do you think he will be in the main event scene, stuck in the mid card, or will he be another Mike Knox and you know what I mean. Luke Gallows has been doing pretty good since dropping the mentally challenge gimmick and joining the SES but I'm not sure he will ever be in the main event but I could be wrong. But I also think he will be another Mike Knox. So I think he may be stuck in the mid card because I don't think he will be in the main event ever. But I think he might have occasionally matches with main eventer just not being in hte main event and if you don't understand what I said somebody let me know.

So after SES do you think Luke Gallows will be mainevent caliber, mid carder, or another Mike Knox?

I personally like Gallows and I too have a bad feeling he's gonna end up like Mike Knox. Another talent misused. Right now, he's doing fine. He's getting a good rub from teaming with CM Punk and being part of SES. It's pretty much sink or swim now for Gallows. We all know how good he is when we all think back to his match with the Undertaker a long time ago.

What I would have liked to see happen with Gallows was see him and Punk win the unified tag team belts a long time ago instead of ShowMiz. It would've given him great exposure being able to go on any show and it would've made for great SES promos across the brands. In addition, it would've also helped build him up as a credible maineventer having all that exposure. But since that ship has sailed, I foresee him becoming the next Mike Knox (although I wouldn't want to see that happen) when SES breaks up.

I like Luke Gallows, i really hop he doesn't end as another Mike Knox. There is that possibility and i really dont see him in the main event either. the only way i can see gallows in the main event is if he gets there with the ses. maybe he could feud with punk for the title in a few years. thats probably not that likely though.

So my prediction is that he will end up similar to Kane. not really at the main event level yet never too far off. still able to work a good match and job to the up and comers without looking weak. thats where is see luke gallows ending up after the downfall of the ses.

I think he will end up like another Mike Knox, Snitsky, Chuck Palumbo, etc. These guy alone won't stand. He needs CM Punk to get some recognition. He doesn't have the looks, and yes they do help a lot. I don't even think people care about him when he wrestles. I just see him as an enforcer type because he is a big guy. I have never taken the guy seriously because I really don't like him.
I don't think he will make it to the main event because if CM Punk isn't there right now, how is Luke going to end up there. Yes I do think CM Punk is kind of in the midcard because he constantly keeps getting beat way too early in all the recent matches and is basically being humiliated by a luchador.
Midcard I don't think so either.

Ending up like Mike Knox and being in the mid card is a totally separate deal. Mike Knox is going nowhere, he isn't a mid carder. He is in the low, low card. The mid card is an honor, it's too bad a lot of you don't see it that way. There was a time where being the IC/US champ was a big deal, but unfortunately, no one has patience anymore. Everything has to be now, now, now, and it is KILLING wrestling.

Luke Gallows is talented, but not a main eventer, and that is ok. I hope Punk adds another member to the S.E.S., and that person tags up with Luke Gallows and creates a REAL tag team, something WWE is in really bad need of. I could buy into Gallows as a US/IC champion, but I would like to see him paired up with a smaller, quicker guy, and have a great tag team run. After S.E.S., I don't know. I don't know if there is much of a future in WWE for Gallows after that is all done with. Hopefully that's not anytime soon.

I think Luke Gallows has some talent and is pretty agile for a big guy. With that being said, I don't really ever see him becoming anything more than a solid midcarder in the future. His alliance with Punk is definitely helping him get over with the fans and it's helping him shake off the festus tag that I thought he'd carry throughout the rest of his career. So I hope the SES continue for some time and this could give Gallows a tag title reign with Punk or a new SES member. I don't even think a IC title reign is out of the question but that's as high up the card as I'd expect him to go, which is fair enough.

As for Gallow's future after the SES, it completely depends on the rub he is given when the break up occurs. If he is made to look weak it could relegate him to lower midcard or even being released. However, if he's made to look strong, he could continue in a solid midcard role, which again is fair enough for someone who has reasonable wrestling ability but seems to have little or no charisma or mic skills. Of course it's hard to predict exactly what the future holds for Gallows after the SES because we don't know how well he will develop whilst a member of the SES.

I like Gallows, but I have a feeling that once he splits from CM Punk some where down the line, then he will just become another guy in the mid card. He was a guy you could laugh at when he was Festus, and now he has made one hell of a transformation. He's become one of Punk's followers, and is doing a pretty good job at it. The problem is, there's really nothing special about him. He's not one of those dominant or scary big men like Kane or Mike Knox, and his days as a comedy act seem to be done, so I really don't think he would go that far or get "the push" in WWE.

Gallows is lucky to have gotten as far as he has. He started out as the fake Kane, had a comedic role in "Jesse & Festus" that never would have been taken seriously, and then got turned into Gallows. He's better off as Gallows than he was as an imposter or a comedy character, but like others have said.... there's just nothing special about the guy! I honestly think he won't even be another Knox, he'll probably be even worse off. As soon as the SES folds, Punk will get pushed again and Serena might do some random diva filler feud, and Gallows will fade into midcard obscurity because there is nothing that sets him apart from other "boring generic big guys".

Probably nothing, after the run with the SES. Generally, it goes "muscle in a heel group, then comedy face, then jobber"

I have zero doubts thats were this is headed. No big loss, he aint that great anyhow.

I don't see Gallows sticking around for very long after SEC. When they break up someone is going to have to be a face for their short feud, and it's not going to be Punk. I can see it happening one of two ways, Punk catches Gallows partying or Punk starts to blame Gallows for a losing streak and Gallows gets frustrated from being Punk's punching bag and turns on him. Either way leading to a short feud and a one off match. Punk wins, Gallows get an appearance or two on SD and then future endeavors. Like someone said above he doesn't have the look to get by on his own and his talent is average.

Sadly I don't see Luke staying around for more than a year after the Society comes to a close. He's a big guy but before the Society I never saw him as anything more than a big guy who was good as a bodyguard or a big tag team partner. And I'm sure I'mnto the only one who sees Gallows in that light.

I am a big fan of luke gallows, He has the skills, and and he can actually talk. Saying that
i am hoping that he becomes a Main eventer, but honestly, I cant see it happening. I can easily see him becoming a solid mid carder, with a couple of Intercontinental and tag team championships, but nothing higher that that.

Like previously mentioned by other posters before me, he's a "boring generic big guy", so he probably won't go as far as mid-card. Remember Snitsky? Exactly. Well, the last thing I remember from him was that IC title shot against Jeff Hardy.
He'll probably end up a jobber along the lines of Mike Knox just to show the children that a small luchador is just as strong (or athletic/talented/etc) as the big guys they take down. Some silly merchandise conspiracy...<_< -- I keed.

The last boring, generic big guy who had the role of bodyguard that I remember from recent history is Bam Neely -- and where did he go a few months after La Familia? That's right, future endeavored.

Will we remember Luke Gallows in five years from now? Not Gallows, but I will most certainly remember "Kane" and his time in the Straight-edge Society.
Wait, that's contradicting what I posted, but it still stands.
