Wellness Policy Revision made

Mid-Card Championship Winner
Under the old guidelines, a wrestler would have been taken off the road for 30days due to suspension. Also, he would have lost one month's worth of salary. Under the new guidelines, he will continue to work TV and PPV shows, but he will only have his road expenses covered and receive no bonuses for the shows. The only non-change in the new guidelines is that he will have his downside guarantee docked for 30 days.

What does everybody think about this. To me I saw this happening eventually. I mean look at all those guys who were out of the GAB because of it. Is it fair to anybody breaking the rules now, that they can still be on TV and not get paid. Will they even give 100% since they are not being paid, is that being considered? What happens if they have multiple offenses? Will they still be fired after 4 offenses. I think it was fine the way it was being done, yeah a lot of guys were not being seen on TV but that went to show how serious Mcmahon was about it, now it seems like its an inconvenience, so they'll still have their guys come on TV. Now, will they be humilated or depushed, that remains to be seen. IMO if they are going to be on TV they need to be depushed, and made an example out of. I dont say that to an extreme, but enough where the behavior or offense won't be repeated by the individual.

I think Vinny realized after GAB that he cant be taking wrestlers of the air like he did... It really screwed up GAB.. And I bet he doesnt want something like that to happen again... Good move I think..

do you believe though that after any violations that the WWE (or Vince) should take any actions as in depushing the wrestler or making him job every night until the 30 days are over? I believe the should, and what about after several violations would a termination be warrented?

I do agree with you on jobbing for those 30 days.. Its not like he'll lose his star power... As for the termination... IMO it should be a 3 strike system...

1. Wrestle with no pay...

2. No wrestlin, no pay for 60 days... Whatever push you were getting.. Its done..

3. Termination of your contract... No matter who the wrestler is... People should have learned by then..

I like how your set up your system. Wrestle and job w/o pay for the 1st offense and then no compete or oay for 60 days. I know that the are on a four strike system, i think it's 90 days or 100 probably for 3rd offense but they should modify it to a 3 strike system

Definatly.. You see the prob. with wrestlers like Randy.. Is they think they can do whatever.. And they wont get realesed.. Vince needs to show them whos the boss and that they can be replaced.. I think there lettin some people get off to easy... Orton is the complete opposite of RVd.. RVD learned his lesson.. Seems like Randy never will..

Why is it that big of a deal for them to take a person of TV and punish them for using drugs. As long as they are performing like they should be why punish them at all.

IMO whats going to happen is Orton will violate the policy again a couplle of times and get suspended. TNA will be more than happy to pick him up. Vince will stop firing guys for this because he knows they'll jump to the competition. The wellness policy is in place for the saftey of the wrestlers so losses like Eddie, Spocoli, Pillman, and others don't occur. Orton needs to job like he never jobbed before. thats the best medicine for him, he's ego is so huge he thinks he's an untouchable. Zombie needs to come to RAW for one night and beat Orton. Orton needs to come off his "high" cloud and that's probably what he needs. Regardless there are enough wrestlers in the WWE who are not better than Randy and he knows that, Kevin Dunn and WWE creative need to make Randy job to guys like the spirit squad and others to make him look bad. (Randy and wveryone else knows he's better than them) but it's the principle and jobbing to someone like Kenny, Nicky or Mickie would hurt Randy's ego.

vince mcmahon dont have the balls to FIRE anyone over drug prograhm, its sad vince needs to suspend everyone who does drugs or anything like that i dont care if you get push or not, i would fire the guy on the spot or doc him $600 pay or so, u know so they get it threw there head!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

VINCE will lose a ton of wrestlers IE:orton &late great eddie G,to death if he dont clean up locker room fast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As of now, it's a very flawed rule and I'm sure that there are more revisions coming. I just couldn't picture guys being as motivated to wrestle and such when you're not getting paid. Then again, it is their job and these guys love doing what they do. So perhaps their motivation will remain...but I'm not sure

most guys do it for money, trust me they wont work for free unless there was a huge pay off at the end like WWE belt or being RAW GM or something like that, but never know NEVER KNOW

isnt it the 2nd time orton failed drug test? if it is he should be fired or something!!!!!!!!!! TNA would take him lol
