Mick Foley is going to have a movie made about his life. Cool.

This is the go home show to Hell in a Cell somehow. How is that even remotely possible? This is a taped show due to the roster being over in Europe for a tour. The main event is Jericho vs. Orton and if Jericho wins he gets a title shot more or less whenever he likes. Other than that I don’t think there’s anything else to the show tonight. Let’s get to it.
The recap video is about Miz vs. Bryan. I didn’t expect that one.
We open with Miz and Riley, coming down to bitch about Bryan and his lack of intelligence.
The Miz/Alex Riley vs. Daniel Bryan/John Morrison
The former NXT guys start as we’re told Riley just signed some contract. Not much going on to start as Morrison gets beaten of for awhile to set up the eventual hot tag to Bryan. Nice to open the show with a match too. It takes about three minutes but we finally get the tag. I know that’s a good deal of time to not say anything but there was just nothing of note. LaBell Lock doesn’t work and Miz gets the Skull Crushing Finale for the clean pin on Bryan.
Post match Miz and Bryan fight on the floor and for no apparent reason Morrison jumps in there too. An E-Mail says we’re going to have a triple thread submissions count anywhere match for the Title on Sunday. So all you have to do to get a title shot is clothesline a guy? Good to know.
Divas Battle Royal
This is for the #1 contender spot. Laycool comes out for commentary and Melina is out almost immediately. Crowd seems to not care in the slightest. Since it’s a battle royal there just isn’t much to talk about here. Everyone just does their basic stuff and goes out in pointless spots. Even, Alicia, Jillian and Natalya are the final four. Scratch Eve and the hells try to get rid of Nattie but she hangs on. Jillian goes out and Nattie backdrops Alicia out.
Package on Cena promoting the movie. Vince is like a damn pitbull here. I’ll give him that.
Cutting Edge is next with the Mystery GM as the guest.
Ok apparently it isn’t as we recap Ted/Maryse from last week. In the back they argue some more and there’s a knock at the door and a note is slipped under the door. Next week you will be mine apparently.
Here’s Sheamus to talk about a race between princes or something. The point is he’ll do anything to get the title back. He makes an open challenge and we go to a break before it’s accepted. Back and here’s Khali.
The Great Khali vs. Sheamus
From NOWHERE we get a Mick Foley book plug and even hear the name Lockdown. What the hell??? We go to the floo after about 45 seconds and Sheamus beats him up with everything, drawing the DQ. Brogue Kick puts him down.
Alright NOW the Cutting Edge is next.
Cutting Edge
This is just Edge arguing with a computer voice which is apparently the GM. Jericho has nothing on the GM apparently. Edge has a match now and it’s with Cena.
John Cena vs. Edge
We’re going at it after a break. I can’t get into this show at all but it could be that I’m rather sleepy. The commentary is all about Cena possibly joining Nexus which isn’t that interesting at all. Nexus can’t get involved on Sunday. Edgecution gets two. Some dueling chants begin which make me smile since Edge is still getting over as a face.
Cena goes for the FU from the middle rope but can’t get it. Spear hits and it’s a Dusty Finish since Cena’s foot was under the rope. The music plays and there’s an E-Mail complete with the synthesized voice. Spear is reversed into the STF and there’s the tap out.
Edge breaks the computer in a funny bit. After a break we recap it complete with really bad jokes from Jerry and Michael.
Mark Henry/Evan Bourne vs. Justin Gabriel/Heath Slater
This show still has a weird feeling to it. I guess that’s due to it being taped but this show is just kind of offbeat. Slater misses a running forearm in the corner and Bourne gets the lukewarm tag. A massive beating sets up Air Bourne but it’s broken up. Gabriel misses 450 and Bourne hits Air Bourne, but Slater rolls him over for the pin. Henry and Bourne get beaten up afterwards. 450 crushes Bourne. Nexus is coming to Smackdown. Yep Cena will be there too I’d bet.
Johnny Knoxville of Jackass will guest star next week.
Tag Titles: Hart Dynasty vs. Drew McIntyre/Cody Rhodes
Is there a reason this happened on Smackdown also? Apparently this match is due to the cheating in that match. Then why did we have this match announced already? Cody hits his kick and it’s called the Beautiful Disaster. Why does every single move have to have a name? Screw you Matt Striker. Kidd is the face in peril for awhile. David gets the tag and of course they’re not going to win the titles back. Hart Attack is blocked by Drew as he shoves Kidd into Smith. Cross Roads end this.
Hart Dynasty have an issue afterwards which I’d assume means we get the same tag team formula as always.
Truth talks to Cena in a rather pointless segment. Yep he’ll be at Smackdown.
Chris Jericho vs. Randy Orton
Points for having the world champion on last if nothing else. Jericho says when he wins the title he’ll get his title back. He lists off people he’s beaten as we go to a break. We come back and he’s up to the Japanese guys. We get Sting, Goldberg, Booker and Flair name drops. He lists off Hall and Nash and all of their incarnations. Orton finally comes out and Jericho takes over as we go to a break.
Back from break and Sheamus is on the stage. The distraction allows the an enziguri to take Orton down. Backslide gets two for Jericho as he starts yelling at the referee. We hit the chinlock as Chris Jericho does his best Randy Orton impression. Actually I’d think that’s not his best one. We get another Foley reference as we hear about Taker throwing him from the Cell. Must be a new policy or something.
Orton starts him comeback and hits the (not scoop damn it) powerslam for two. Lionsault misses but so does the RKO. Lionsault hits this time for two and Jericho is for some reason stunned. Elevated DDT is avoided because every major star needs an escapable signature move I suppose. A nice counter to the Walls sets up the DDT and here comes the RKO. It also cues Sheamus for the DQ.
Post match Sheamus takes the RKO but Jericho hits the Codebreaker as Orton looks to punt Sheamus. Jericho winds up taking it and is stretchered off to end the show.
Results
The Miz/Alex Riley b. Daniel Bryan/John Morrison – Skull Crushing Finale to Bryan
Natalya won a Diva Battle Royal
The Great Khali b. Sheamus via DQ
John Cena b. Edge – STF
Justin Gabriel/Heath Slater b. Mark Henry/Evan Bourne – Rollup on Bourne
Cody Rhodes/Drew McIntyre b. Hart Dynasty – Cross Roads to Smith
Randy Orton b. Chris Jericho via DQ when Sheamus interfered
Tuesday
Tara will be back in the ring on 10/7. Wasn’t she already back in the ring?
Hogan is having more back surgery and posted another video about it. Something seems up about this.
JR is going to have heart surgery which he says is nothing to worry about.
Raw got a 2.7. It should definitely be noted that the Packers/Bears game was the 5th highest cable broadcast ever. This was originally reported as a 2.37, making a 2.7 somehow a huge relief.
NXT
Date: September 28, 2010
Location: U.S. Cellular Coliseum, Bloomington, Indiana
Commentators: Josh Matthews, Michael Cole
Back in Bloomington this week as the show was taped. There’s a chance this is the final episode on Sci-Fi but that hasn’t been confirmed yet. On my digital preview there’s a sci-fi show on next week, but a week later, on the 12th, NXT is listed. It’s likely a misprint but interesting nonetheless. Let’s get to it.
We open by recapping musical chairs. It amuses me how they’ve just given up on this being a wrestling show at all and are just trying to make it as entertaining as possible. Talk the Talk is a bit better but it is kind of interesting to see WWE say how talking is very important and apparently more important than wrestling.
No Punk to start us out which makes me a sad reviewer.
Striker brings out the girls who mostly look good. Maxine still has the straight hair which looks really weird on her for some reason. Voting for the first elimination begins tomorrow on WWE.com which is where the results show will likely be seen. There’s a wheelbarrow in the aisle and they have to run around the ring with it, fastest time wins.
Maxine is first but before we start we need something in the wheelbarrow. And here’s Hornswoggle to make me roll my eyes. Cole asks what this has to do with being a Diva as Maxine sets the mark at 14.7 seconds. Horny bites her ass after she shoves him out of the wheelbarrow.
Naomi goes second and beats her time but they keep the clock running anyway for some reason as they have a tendency to do, putting her in second.
Jamie gets 14.4 to take the lead.
Kaitlyn is fourth and flies through this, getting 12 flat. Cole gets the line of the night as he yells at Josh: YOU’RE ANALYZING A WHEELBARROW RACE! He’s annoying but you can’t deny that he’s right.
AJ is the next to last girl and is rocking an I Love Nerds t-shirt. She’s nowhere close and Horny hugs her for a long time.
Aksana goes last and gets 13.9 to give Kaitlyn the win. What a great way to spend the first 13 minutes of a wrestling show.
This Week in WWE History is about Madison Square Garden and in particular the Raw where there was a triple interview with Dude Love, Cactus Jack and Mankind where Cactus returned and had a great falls count anywhere match with HHH. Oh and Austin gave Vince the first Stunner between the two. And now, back to the wheelbarrow racing show.
We profile AJ and how nerdy she is. We get a cool clip of her in line for tickets to Wrestlemania in MSG which I’m assuming was 20. That’s very cool that she is in a clip from footage like that as a kid for some reason.
Diss the Divas later tonight. Oh joy: more reading from scripts.
And now we recap Raw. I wonder how long they can go without actual wrestling on this show. Well that’s enough content so we need another commercial now.
Yep next week we’re on WWE.com. Not sure how that’ll effect the reviews but I’ll get it up somehow.
We profile Kaitlyn now who wants to be herself. And ANOTHER commercial. It’s 10:35 and there has not been a single piece of wrestling whatsoever. They’re coming back for 2 minutes of profiles etc and then a commercial.
Back from a break and we recap Smackdown with the Taker vs. Kane segment. When I say that, I mean they PLAY THE WHOLE THING. I don’t mean a highlight package, I don’t mean a synopsis, I mean Kane is talking about Undertaker and the druids are about to come out and Paul Bearer is about to return. If you’re curious as to what’s going on see my Smackdown review because I’m not talking about something I reviewed four days ago.
Time for Diss the Divas which is exactly what it sounds like. Aksana goes first and says she’s hot which she is. Her diss to the Divas is they don’t look as good as she does and she’s in better shape.
AJ goes second and is rather adorable. This is by far the highlight of the show which is hardly saying much. AJ says she belongs more here and she should be the winner because she’s not the typical Diva. This would come off better if Cole would SHUT UP. It’s one thing to get on the girls but it’s another thing to talk over them so we can’t even hear them.
Kaitlyn does an impression of Naomi by sticking her ass out. Naomi literally kicks it and that’s all for Kaitlyn.
Jamie says Aksana belongs in a circus and AJ is a ten year old but Jamie is awesome. Striker is more or less begging them to pick this up as it’s awful.
Naomi says this is about wrestling and entertainment and has them beat in those areas. Kaitlyn only won last week because Naomi messed up. Shame AJ won last week but whatever.
Maxine says the same thing she’s said every week as AJ and Kaitlyn conspire and play patty cake in the background.
AJ wins the competition over Naomi but just slightly, giving her the most victories and immunity.
And here’s Vickie to make sure we get her face time this week since this is the Vickie/Cole show. She bashes Kaitlyn who more or less turns face and wants Vickie in a match. Vickie accepts but gets a BIG OLD SLAP to Kaitlyn. That was Stephanie level slapping and somehow the highlight of the show. They “brawl” to end this joke of a show.
Results
Kaitlyn won a Wheelbarrow Race Challenge
AJ won Diss the Divas
Wednesday
Pee Wee Herman is going to host Raw. Oh dear. Oh wait he’s just a guest star now.
Waltman pled guilty to drug possession and had to pay a fine. Back to TNA now I guess.
There will be a Bobby Heenan DVD this year. Rock on brother man.
NXT got a .7, down again and the worst rating ever on SyFy. Does this surprise anyone?

Episode Title: Eliminating the Monster
We open with a recap of Abyss freaking out over RVD.
Angle is on the phone with Hulk who apparently gives him the support for the title match at BFG. He has a cage match with Abyss. Hulk doesn’t know the show is starting now apparently. We do get to see Angle get loaded into his riser which is cool.
He hits the ring and talks about the same stuff he said in the back. There’s a focus on Abyss though He’s a cancer of course. Abyss comes through the crowd and guess what we get? Well what would Impact be without a random brawl? Abyss gets a ladder and chucks it at Angle, hurting his arm. Agents FINALLY break it up.
After the break they’re STILL going at it.
Beer Money vs. Tommy Dreamer/Rhyno
This is a lumberjack match because a regular match wasn’t good enough I guess. Nothing of note to start as the heels (I guess they’re heels even though they’re cheered) take over. After about two minutes of nothing of note we get the obligatory brawl. Kendrick is here too. Styles spits….something into Dreamer’s eyes and a Backstabber gets two. Kendrick runs out in a fucking Gi and does….something, allowing Dreamer to hit the DDT for the pin, which I believe is EV’s first clean pin. Sabu does a big dive.
Foley gets on the mic and says he wants to get Flair in the ring….to talk. Flair is rather funny here but now everyone is saying dates like they’re saying 10-10-10. One more match next week of course. Flair stomps on the book and drops a knee on it. He’s rather entertaining here. This leads to them hitting themselves in the head for no apparent reason. And now we make it last man standing. If Flair loses he’ll kiss Foley’s ass. This was ok but it tried to be too epic and it hurt it somewhat I think.
Anderson is bitching to Bischoff about not getting a call from Hogan. He gets Joe tonight. Sure why not.
Generation Me vs. Ink Inc
The heels have Sabin’s belt still. Nothing to start until Max misses a moonsault and hurts his knee. Of course it’s fake. The Dudleys will have an announcement at BFG which might be them leaving. Mike says he wouldn’t miss next week’s show. That’s good because if he did he might be fired. Moore takes over and hits a SWEET double hurricanrana, as in on both guys at once to clear the ring.
Standing Lionsault for two. Neal misses the spear and Max hits a low blow on Shannon for the pin. Beatdown follows the ending until the Guns make the save. Sabin gets the belt back, more or less making Gen Me stealing it pointless.
The Guns say they’re ready. That match is going to rock.
Samoa Joe vs. Mr. Anderson
And here’s Pope which confuses the announcers too. He sits at the commentary table and here come Nash and Sting behind him. Hey make sure to follow Dixie Carter on Twitter! Joe assaults quickly to start. Ok he’s there because Joe was aggressive last week. Joe’s man boobs look a bit smaller this week. Pope references Tessmacher a lot and the dueling chants begin. For once they make sense too which blows my mind. Nice dropkick by Anderson for two. Joe just kind of walks into the Mic Check for the totally clean pin.
Nash comes to the ring with the bat and Joe says get in here. Nash says this is Joe’s last chance to join them as we take a break.
This show is FLYING by as it’s already almost ten after ten.
After the break, Nash, Pope and Sting are in the ring. Pope blasts Bischoff and Nash says the same stuff as always. The guy that usually has his face painted says this is about stuff that started in WCW and it’s good vs. evil. What he wants to know though is who’s wearing the black hats and who’s wearing the white hats. Sting says that everything has to happen at BFG, so we make it a 6 man: Hogan/Jarrett/Joe vs. Pope/Sting/Nash. Either the surgeries are a fake or the plans have drastically changed.
Bischoff comes out with Tessmacher and bitches about the three guys in the ring. Hogan will be here on Impact next week and will make an answer. Can you say screwjob?
AJ vs. Kendrick tonight for the TV Title by AJ’s demands. Flair does the ice thing again.
We get clips of the X Title switches which makes sense as they’re trying to make house shows seem like must see stuff. That’s very smart.
Tessmacher tells Rayne and Tara to be good or they’re fired. Cue the BP for a big thing of yelling. Apparently a waiver allows Tara to unretire or something. Tessmacher is the dominant personality here and I’m sure every word is a clue for something later on. Four way for the title at BFG, as in everyone but Lacey. More yelling ensues and Tessmacher throws them out. She gets a call and says something like the usual in 20 minutes.
TV Title: Brian Kendrick vs. AJ Styles
Flair comes out for commentary. Ok so he’s just going to rant about the Foley thing. Kendrick is in the gi again for no apparent reason. AJ misses the forearm in the corner and after a nice sequence AJ takes over. Kendrick hits some kicks to make a brief comeback but dives on Morgan instead of AJ like he should have. Back in the ring some Morgan interference allows the Styles Clash to end it.
Abyss says let’s make it Monste’s Ball at BFG. Oh and he’s taking out Angle tonight.
RVD says maybe he’ll take it. I think that’s what he said at least.
Video about next week’s show which sounds like a PPV which is the idea I guess.
Abyss vs. Kurt Angle
Cage match remember here. Angle goes after him immediately and punches Abyss down. All Angle so far as Abyss looks fairly weak. Angle gets Janice and throws it to the floor. Abyss FREAKS and wants it back as we go to a break. Back and Abyss takes over. Most of this match has been punching and cage rams. Angle gets cut badly and the blood freaking FLOWS. That can’t be intentional.
Angle snaps and it looks like a sprinkler of blood is going off. He hits a frog splash for two and the ankle lock goes on for a bit. Chokeslam from Abyss gets two. Angle Slam is countered into the Shock Treatment for two as well. Taz asks the intelligent question of why hasn’t Abyss been fined or fired. The Slam hits and naturally Abyss kicks out. Angle goes for the door but stops himself. BIG ASS MOONSAULT is teased as Impact goes off the air and ReAction begins.
Sweet damn I hate that. Angle climbs down and jumps off at Abyss but gets caught in a Black Hole Slam. Oh and Abyss chokeslammed the referee. Abyss keeps beating on him and here’s Anderson for the save. He gets beaten down as well and Abyss breaks the door down. Abyss gets Janice off the floor but Angle gets up and punches him enough for him to back off, ending the show I guess in a no contest. This ends the show.
Results
Tommy Dreamer/Rhyno b. Beer Money – DDT to Storm
Generation Me b. Ink Inc – Rollup on Moore
Mr. Anderson b. Samoa Joe – Mic Check
AJ Styles b. Brian Kendrick – Styles Clash
Kurt Angle vs. Abyss went to a no contest
Friday
Impact got a 1.2. I’m a bit stunned.
Smackdown
Date: October 1, 2010
Location: Ford Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Commentators: Todd Grisham, Matt Striker
This is the debut of the show on SyFy and is called the season premiere of the show. There was apparently a countdown show for an hour before it which I didn’t see at all. Alberto vs. Rey tonight and Cena and Nexus are here. Apparently there was an episode of NXT which I’ll have to find a copy of and post later on. Let’s get to it.
New theme song tonight which makes me sad because I liked the other one far better. It sounded like Green Day.
Intercontinental Title: Dolph Ziggler vs. MVP
The intros were on the preshow which I caught the last 2 minutes of. Dolph is all aggressive to start. I wonder if he’s like that when he’s in bed with Vickie. We’re told this is the first title Ziggler has ever held which isn’t true as the Spirit Squad held the tag titles. MVP sends him to the floor and here’s Nexus to jump Dolph and it’s a DQ a minute and a half in.
Only four of them here as they beat down MVP. MVP shows no fear, shouting who’s first but he gets beaten down as expected. Gabriel hits the 450 after Otunga hits his Rock Bottom/Spinebuster. And here’s Big Show who needs to just be called the Giant again. He fights them off for a bit but down he goes, out to the floor. Cue Cena’s music and here he is at a full sprint. Down he goes too but Big Show pops back in with a chair and he CRACKS Slater with it, sending Nexus running.
We get a replay of the chair shot where Striker says listen to the sound of the chair hitting Slater. Naturally it’s a silent clip. Barrett pops up on the screen and runs down the stipulations for his match vs. Cena. He says he has an announcement for the match and brings in Teddy Long who says nothing. Barrett has suggested some matches to the president of the network who is his friend for later tonight.
Teddy announces Show vs. Nexus in a handicap match and Cena vs. Kane, which has only happened one other time that I remember and it was back in 08. I’m not sure what the appeal is of having the Raw guys being the focus of the debut of Smackdown but that’s WWE for you.
Ok apparently the countdown show was merely a replay of this past week’s NXT. Less stuff for me to do.
And Cole is on commentary now. Oh great. Punk vs. Taker later.
Laycool/Alicia Fox/Maryse vs. Natalya/Bella Twins/Kelly Kelly
Oh this isn’t going to go well. More talking about Mick Foley and apparently there’s a new interview up with Foley on WWE.com. I wouldn’t have bet on that. He’s my all time favorite wrestler and he’s signing books at the bookstore I work at next Friday so I’m rather excited about that. Natalya and Maryse start us off. She goes for a Sharpshooter but it’s broken up.
It all breaks down and everyone but Maryse is on the floor. Horny’s arm pops out from under the ring and grabs Layla’s leg as I have a bad feeling about this. He chases Layla around as everyone else seems to be dead. Michelle kicks him in the head to end that idiocy. Natalya avoids the DDT from Maryse and the Sharpshooter ends it. Natalya vs. Michelle at the PPV.
Jack Swagger’s homecoming celebration is next.
He comes out to Ross’ theme music which is the Oklahoma theme song to kind of confuse the crowd. They’re not sure if they should cheer or boo because it’s a heel. He has an eagle with him. Well at least it’s not the Gobbledy Gooker. Jack is in a robe too as the ring has a red carpet, a podium and his baseball jersey.
Swagger has a problem with everyone here and with the state of Oklahoma. He put Oklahoma on the map and didn’t get a parade and it’s not Jack Swagger Day. Where is his key to the city? The eagle is his personal mascot and the two of them have moved out of Oklahoma. They now live in Texas, drawing HUGE heat (Oklahoma vs. Texas is a legendary football rivalry if that doesn’t make sense).
He declares himself King of Oklahoma….and here’s Edge? Edge says he’s going to go on a mission of epic proportions to rid the WWE of anything stupid. Striker: SEE YA MICHAEL! The mascot is stupid apparently, pissing off Swagger. Edge is acting like a total face here. The eagle gets punched in the beak as Swagger runs away. Spear to the eagle, making Cole shout DEAD BIRD and Grisham suggesting putting barbecue sauce on it. Edge needs to be a face so this was good.
Cena vs. Kane later still with Nexus as lumberjacks of course.
More Dashing Grooming Tips. This week: avoiding sweat stains. He gives a detailed explanation of how to put on antiperspirant which comes off as great to me. He’s way into this character and it’s coming off well.
Nexus vs. Big Show
Show needs to lose the dew rag, period. The big man throws out as many guys as he can but gets caught in the corner. In a very cool idea that I’ve never seen before, Barrett wraps his legs around the neck of Show and each grabs a limb for a five man submission and Show is out cold very soon. That was really cool looking and makes perfect sense. There was no logical way Show could beat all five guys and they didn’t try to have him do so. Gabriel adds a pair of 450s but slightly messes up the second one. This was like 3 minutes total counting beatdown.
Rey is back tonight.
We recap Taker vs. Kane, including the return of Bearer last week which stupid or not, I absolutely loved as did the live crowd.
CM Punk vs. Undertaker
Time for Punk to lose again. Taker and Bearer together just feels….right. We go back and forth a bit to start as we mention the match from a few weeks ago which plays a bigger role here. The idea is to compare that match to this one where the only real difference is Bearer. While that one was a competitive match that Punk dominated, this is little more than a squash with Taker kicking out of everything and then sitting up, setting up the double finisher to end Punk without really breaking much of a sweat.
We recap Alberto hurting Rey and Christian with a mention of the torn pectoral muscle that is going to keep Christian out for about six months apparently.
Alberto comes out but not in tights. It should be noted that his own announcer has an announcer introducing him now. He talks about how great he is and says he’s going to apologize to Rey. And here comes a dog in a mask with tape around his arm. After kissing the dog, here’s the real Rey. He immediately sets for the 619 but the announcer stops Rey. Alberto runs and the announcer gets beaten up, including a 619.
Randy Orton vs. Cody Rhodes
Yeah I’m sure this is going to be an open contest that either guy has a legitimate chance of winning. Elevated DDT is blocked very early and we head to the floor. Back in and Cody gets a modified crossface chickenwing on the mat. Orton gets back to his feet and punches his way out. The springboard kick misses, backbreaker, RKO, see ya.
Post match, RKO to Drew but here’s Sheamus to KILL Orton with a shot to the head and the kick. He’s looking extra pale here.
Package about WWE and Make-A-Wish. Love WWE or hate it, THAT is cool. For those of you unfamiliar, Make-A-Wish is a charity for terminally ill children or children that have survived seemingly fatal illnesses and are granted one wish. A lot of them make the wish to meet a celebrity or sports star. WWE grants more wishes than any other sports organization and Cena is on track to breaking the record for most individual wishes granted. That is awesome indeed.
Kane vs. John Cena
There are in ring graphics during the entrances now, as in there will be the RKO logo for Orton or fire for Kane. Those are cool. Kane dominates to start thanks to the Nexus beatdown as we take a break. We come back to Kane having a chinlock on Cena. Cena makes his comeback and initiates his finishing sequence but the FU is blocked. Chokeslam doesn’t work and Kane hits the floor.
Nexus doesn’t go for Kane but get on the apron. Cena knocks Gabriel into Kane and the World Champion takes care of two of them. The other three go after Cena who takes them down and walks up the ramp. A gong goes off and so do the lights. Taker is behind Kane as I guess this match has been thrown out.
Big old beatdown follows as Kane is in trouble. They fight into the crowd and just kind of walk around with the occasional punch thrown. The beating continues back towards the ring where Bearer is just kind of waiting. Kane goes for a chokeslam but Taker sees the Urn and counters, hitting one of his own. Kane bails before the Tombstone hits and Taker kneels to Bearer to end the show.
Results
Dolph Ziggler vs. MVP went to a no contest when Nexus interfered
Bella Twins/Natalya/Kelly Kelly b. Laycool/Maryse/Alicia Fox – Sharpshooter to Maryse
Nexus b. Big Show – Multi-man submission hold
Undertaker b. CM Punk – Tombstone Piledriver
Randy Orton b. Cody Rhodes – RKO
John Cena vs. Kane went to a no contest

NXT
