Porn is okay here long as it ain't dudes.
12/21/2012 saw the end of the world as we knew it. Now mankind seeks refuge in their heroes of the wrestling world to provide them a means of escape from the cruel reality they face. Superstars must engage in combat the same way their predecessors did long ago, giving sports entertainment a new light. A light that will flicker out if their breaths become hesitant.
This is their world. This is their story.
Welcome to Wasteland Wrestling...
An all-brass band ensemble marches in front of the makeshift caravans entering the scarcely populated city. Hunter Helmsley and Stephanie McMahon are the first horse-drawn wagon to pull up; both spouses hand in hand waving to the audience. Above them the banner "Ringleaders HHH and Steph" was displayed haphazardly. For what little was there either waved back or spat on the ground in disdain.
In the biggest building they were passing by, Stephanie's father was signing the rights to WWE over to John "Bradshaw" Layfield. Vince buried his face in his hands while JBL took the papers and peered out of the dirty adjacent window at the small parade his ringleaders were putting on; a smug grin plastered his face.
Up ahead in the distance a pack of berserkers observed the scene emanating from the city. Placing the binoculars down, Randy Orton stared on with bitter contempt. No longer their champion he had nowhere else to go but to the savage group he now led. They adorned him with furs and facepaint that he used conservatively on his face. Chris Jericho seen to his left in the same clothing.
John Cena, now the hero of a nation, waved on to a now more enthused crowd. The wear and tear visible on his face, he still smiled brightly from his seat while a wagon wheel ran over an old Rey Mysterio mask.
From an alleyway reserved for the homeless even more worse off than the common people sat Kurt Angle, unshaven and remorseful. He knew what today was and that maybe there was a spot for him in that caravan, but he kept his eyes down. An Olympic Gold Medalist taken away by his demons.
Fan-favorites Kofi Kingston and Cody Rhodes came out of the small crowd and performed a choreographed acrobatic show for the younger ones in attendance. Close by Bray Wyatt preached on to his steadily growing congregation from a wooden platform.
The caravan pulled up in a wide clearing and started setting up camp.
