Velvet Sky, take her out of the Beautiful People! She has real potiental

Okay so everybody knows who Velvet Sky is. She is very talented in the ring and has great mic skills. She is a good in-ring competitor unlike Lacey Von Erich. Velvet can also make her fueds with other people very interesting and she makes people want to know what is going to happen next.

So right now she is in the group the beautiful people which used to be arguably the best womans stable of all time. Now that Angelina is out of it, it just sucks. I think that if they took Velvet out of this group she could go on to becoming the TNA Knockouts champion, but as longas she is in the group she is going nowhere. I really hate when someone has potiental they are held back.

So what do you guys think do you think that Velvet has potiental. I think she does and I can spot potiental 99.99% of the time. Do you think that she should stop being in the beautiful people and go her on way. Thoughts.

I think honestly Velvet is what is keeping the group together. It was great when it was just her and Angelina. When they added Madison I was ok with it because she's a good wrestler (honestly I think she is better than Velvet) but it seems that they have made her the joke fall girl of the group. Lacey is........well she tries. Velvet righ now has the best promo skills and knows how to get the most heat for the team (and I'm not talking Lacey's X-Pac heat). I wish they would put Angelina back in the group though. Her an Vel had great chemistry together.

You sir are on the money. She has got great all-round potential. She's solid on the mic (I'm glad she's the main talker of the The Beatiful Div- People), and she's a pretty solid wrestler too.

I wonder what it would be like if she had an exact role reversal to Angelina Love now...

well obviously she's the one keeping the group together but the character she plays is absolutely perfect for her she's great looking and has good in ring ability but i really can't see her outside the bp i love her you can look but can't touch attitude and lets all remember she's a good womans wrestler not a great one.

I don't know how well Velvet would fair on her own. As far as the Beautiful People go, she probably is the best the wrestler out of the group. She probably wouldn't be pushed to the Knockout championship title picture, but she would most likely be in a better position than she is now.

The BFP aren't what they used to be. Ever since Angelina's departure, this group has become worse and worse as time goes on. Trying to replace Angelina with Lacey was a horrible move. Every time she wrestles, the TNA fans make sure to let her have it because she's just that bad. Velvet needs to break away from this group because she really is the only one who has true potential.

I think that taking her out of the Beautiful People right now would be a mistake. I think that they should focus more on her than the other members, but removing her from the stable at this time could quite possibly cause irreparable damage to her TNA career. She is the most talented, both on the mat and on the mic, of the three, but she isn't in a place yet where she can do it on her own. If they dropped Lacey (sorry, she is just taking up space) and have Madison more as a gopher for Velvet, that would work. But Velvet going completely solo right now is like Marty Jeanetty without Shawn Michaels. It just does not look like it would work.

She's nothing but eye candy, every match she has she's always screaming and making stupid gestures, without the beautiful people velvet is NOTHING. The only person in the beautiful people who can wrestle is Madison Rayne. Reports have said that many people inside TNA feel Madison is clearly the best worker of the group and that she has improved faster then any other knockout(google it if you don't believe me). Madison has so much potential to be huge in TNA but so far, she hasn't been used in that way. Notice how in every beautiful people match, Madison is always wrestling the most and taking all the bumps, thats because Lacey and velvet can't do anything

velvet hasn't improved one bit since her TNA debut in late 2007, she never adds anything to her moveset, she just sticks with what she has which is crap

Of the three current TBP members I fully agree with Saritaafan that Madison is the best wrestler, but her character suffers from regularly taking the fall, so looks week. Madison has the potential to do better, but needs to be pushed better.

As for Velvet I think she is really good at what she offers to the team, that is personality, looks and mic skills (she's easily the best of the three in that area) and can deliver the odd good in ring moment. but i don't see her in a singles role.

The real problem is LVE, who despite her back somersault last week has yet to convince, but I suspect that shes the one TNA may push.

To me TBP's only real future lies at the end of the current TBP - Angelina feud and then if Velvet and Angelina join forces again. Quite where this will leave Madison i don't know.

Madison is by far the best in the group in all three categories for women wrestling (looks, wrestling ability, and mic work -see BFG 2009-). I mean yeah Velvet is great, but to say she's the best is a slap in the face to Madison.

I mean seriously, Madison has always been the one to pull off great matches and do great spots. Her matches (even though she loses most of them) are on WWE Attitude divas matches. I believe that she should be the one to leave TBP and join Angelina.

Really now?

Velvet Sky / Talia Madison CAN wrestle. She may not be the greatest, but she can wrestle and she does have a moveset. The problem is she is not booked to do a lot of stuff in the ring as a heel and her character limits her on what she can do.

People seem to forget that Velvet has to play up her character which is a woman that cares more about her looks then her in ring skills.

As for Velvet screaming all the time and the gestures she makes it's called getting heel heat and she does a great job at it.

She is only member of the BP that is natural in her role nothing against Madison or even Lacey.

I think Velvet Sky could get over on her own without the BP she has the charisma and talent to do it and could be a good singles star if TNA lets her.

So yes I agree with the OP that Velvet Sky should be allowed to break away from the BP in the near future and have a singles career.

WWE did not release Lacey von Erich, she asked for her release because she has a baby son and she never saw him. WWE schedule was to much and her son meant more to her so she quit. Please, WWE will any woman with hot looks and big boobs, they don't care about wrestling when it comes to their women

As far as velvet goes, she can't wrestler and she doesn't get ANY HEAT AT ALL. Her role in the beautiful people is just being the veteran but without that group, velvet has no future in terms of singles wrestling. She doesn't have the "IT" factor to make it, Madison does

I do not understand the booking when Angelina came back and they did not put the original beautiful people back together. By original I mean Love and Sky. Angelina could have led a beatdown on Rayne saying look how terrible you were trying to replace me as her partner. The knockouts need that pure heel that can actually wrestle and love was a great fit. Kong is a monster and not even a heel right now and ODB is ODB. Lacey can hang with the beautiful people all she wants as long as she enters the ring sparingly, as long as tna understands this (and they do appear to) I have no problem observing her at ringside. I guess they still have room to swerve and say sky and velvet have been working together all along but it would be wishy washy. Velvet is great on the mic in her role (take that away from her and she is an also ran) but I could care less about anticipating her wrestling love (at least with the fcc presiding over the content). I am a big madison fan but she does not offer much on the mic as of yet and while she is a good worker they haven't really established much unique to her move set yet.

What the fuck are you talking about? How are the Beautiful People the worst women's stable of all time? They're much closer to the best women's stable of all time, which isn't saying much when you consider the number of female stables there have been in pro wrestling.

Personally, I love the Beautiful People and Velvet. She definetly excites my nether regions more than any other person in TNA (except for Rob Terry, of course). The stable as a whole is pretty solid as well. They give you your basic backstage attacks and stuff, but they do it as bitchy cheerleaders characters. Tell me how that isn't fantastic?
