UWA Hardcore Canadian Wrestling in September

Hi everybody. I just learned that on September 22 I will be going to the Canadian hardcore wrestling promotion UWA/PWA at St. John's Hall in Mississauga. If anybody doesn't know about UWA, matches for the September show include:

UWA/PWA Canadian Championship
Mdogg20 (c) vs. Jerry Lynn (of ECW & TNA fame)

UWA/PWA Light Weight Championship
Alex Shelley (of TNA, ROH, and CZW fame) (c) vs. Delirious

UWA/PWA Tag Team Championship
Nick Watts and Jeff Flurry (c) vs. Cheech and Cloudy

Chris Sabin (of TNA & ROH fame) vs. Josh Prohibition (UWA Co-Owner)

CZW vs. ROH Match
Joker vs. Ricky Reyes

One Year Anniversary Match (?)
Lionel and Bishop vs. Sabian and Ruckus

Osiris vs. The Black Jabroni

Asylum vs. Mystery Opponent

So, if anybody has ever been to or seen a UWA/PWA hardcore wrestling event, please let me know what to expect.

I've only seen a few matches of UWA, but they were pretty decent. I'm not from Canada, but I heard UWA is on Bite TV, so you might want to check it out on there before you go. You could also go to their website. You might be able to find out more information about the promotion on there.

I've been to their website several times (that's how I found out about the show), but I don't have BITE TV on Roger's Cable and won't be able to get it before the show. I checked out some of their clips on YouTube, but they are only about 30 seconds long. Does anybody have any clips from a UWA show that I could see?

uwa doesnt post any videos so thats y u buy the dvds i go every month to their shows and dont disappoint so maybe get some dvds and try and make it there. its worth it

and by the way it says asylum vs unknown meaning the wrestler named Unknown he's really crap but that match is pretty much time to get some merchandice.

my brother wrestles in UWA as Matt Bison. it is a really good promotion. lots fo action and they bring in a lot of top indy stars. Ultimo Dragon wrestled there twice.

If anything closely resembles the old ECW, it certainly is UWA. That is a very special promotion. It's got that old ECW look and feel. Every single one of those wrestlers got some balls
