Undefeated Champ

I was watching the episode of Nitro the other day where Goldberg won the World Title from Hogan. The whole time the commentators, mostly Heenan, keeps saying over and over how there has never been an undefeated World Champ in the history of the business.

Now maybe they were overlooking it because it was a DQ win but The Giant won the World Title in his first match so I'd say that made him an undefeated champ.

I also thought the Undertaker had won the belt without losing a match but I can't find a way to look it up to be certain. Anyone know?

WCW vacated the title after Giant's win if I remember correctly, and Undertaker won the WWF Championship from Hogan while undefeated at survivor series in '91, and lost it back to Hogan a week later taking his first loss, but WCW probably wouldn't acknowledge that.
