UFC Live 3: Sanchez vs. Kampmann

Aggressiveness > Technical when it comes to MMA judging, bottom line. Diego fairly won this fight.
 
I can see the argument for Kampmann, but I think the judges got it right.

I'm sure from Kampmann's perspective, it FELT like he was landing the better shots (and he most likely was, to be honest); however, from the viewer's perspective, all we saw was Diego pressing the action and banging away. Diego gets the edge for that fact alone.
 
For sure, no way did Kampmann win all 3 rounds, but there is a definite argument for the first 2 rounds. Either way it was an excellent fight.

I agree, we saw in the replays between rounds that Diego wasn't landing that much, but when he did he had Kamp buckled twice and like you said kept on with the pressure. Plus Diego did the key thing finish both round 2 and 3 very aggressively, which always helps in fights.
