Was just listening to some remixs done by Travis Barker. There are a bunch of songs (usually rap songs) that he has posted video's of himself playing the drums to. While he is pretty good, I can't help but think, is he a little over-rated?
If you really pay attention , he is only following the beat of the song. That doesn't by any means mean he isn't good, but alot of people label him as the greatest drummer ever. However, he is entertaing as fuck to watch play and he beats the shit out of his drum set.
So what do you think? Is he over-rated, or are people not giving him the credit he deserves. He is good no doubt about, but does he merit the praise most give him ?
