I am The Last Baron
This is going to be fun, this is limited to Metal alone because if it wasn't there would be the same names over and over again. I mean I like Celine Dion and Andrea Bocelli's voices but we would see their names come up quite a few times. Give reasons or risk the penalties.
In No particular Order.
Bruce Dickenson: The Air Raid Siren, a man with a huge vocal range, The voice behind Iron Maiden for the majority of the Albums that they have released. Just a great singer, performer. Just great can't say it enough.
Roy Khan: I love this guys work in Kamelot, he has an Operatic style that suits Power Metal, in that he has the range to pull off an amazing vocal performance in one song, look at the latest single Ghost Opera to see what I am saying along these lines.
Ozzy Osbourne: This guy is the Pince of Darkness, he is the original Metal man, Black Sabbath and by himself he has produced some great songs.
Lemmy Kilmister: The voice of Gravel that keeps going at an age where you would be starting to think about retirement, he is over 60. His vocals are still as good as when he first started in Motorhead so go figure.
Phil Anselmo: Has a quality to his Vocals I can't express, can do stuff like Cemetery Gates and then do stuff like Cowboys from Hell. I haven't heard much of his work with Down but what I have I have liked.
There are so many more that you can include I had trouble cutting this down to 5, at least one would be there regardless but that is a different matter all together.
