Former WWE announcer Todd Grisham had an incident over over the weekend. While at his new job on ESPN News, he was talking about Texas Tech's college football win over Oklahoma and when a picture was shown of upset Sooner fans, he called it a "trail of tears." The phrase refers to Native American Cherokees having their land taken from them in Georgia and sent to Oklahoma, many to be killed there. Grisham said that reference never crossed his mind and he apologized.
