TNA Title Stolen in Iowa — LOL!

OTTUMWA, Iowa —
Police said two men have been charged with stealing a wrestling championship belt.

The theft of the TNA Enterprises heavyweight belt was reported in Ottumwa on Aug. 18.

The belt was valued at $6,000. A replica belt valued at $400 was also taken, police said.

Police said Joel Luke, 33, of Ottumwa, was charged with second-degree theft. Luke was released from the Wapello County Jail after posting bail of $5,000.

Forrest Jamison, 39, of Ottumwa, was charged with accessory after the fact in connection with the theft. Jamison was released from the Wapello County Jail after posting bail of $3,000.

Both belts were recovered.

They should have just left Austin Aries beat the piss out of him.

A little surprised they were able to get a hold of the TNA Title belt as it is, luckily for Austin Aries this isn't the NWA or he might be in major shit for this (or whoever was watching the belt at the time of it being stolen). Just find it a little odd that someone was able to take it.

At least it wasn't as bad as leaving the Stanley Cup in the middle of nowhere after a night of drinking.
