Dixie Carter wanted to become fully involved in singing, and decided to quit TNA, Hogan and Bischoff had a fall out with Dixie a week before her career move and bought Ring of Honour. Mick Foley was offered the chairman's spot, and took it, bringing TNA to the next level.
