Tiffany as GM...not too shabby.

It's...Baylariat!

Team Finnley Baylor
Lately, I've grown fond of seeing Tiffany in the General Manager role on ECW. Mainly due to the fact that she's uber hot and I've seen her naked photos. But in all seriousness, she's doing a solid job in my opinion. She's slowly taking grasp of what it takes to be an on-air talent. So, what do you think of Tiffany's tenure as GM on ECW?

To me she is stern and shows good authority in her GM role, plus as you said Lariat she is damn hot.

I love what she is doing with ECW, the new talent initiative that shes implementing is helping bring forth a new crop of talent in ECW and replenishing the brand steadily, I loved her back and forth with Jack swagger when he was on the brand, keeping herself calm yet stern against one of ECW's biggest road blocks, She also helped keep the main event picture in ECW hot whilst Dreamer and Christian where keeping the brands main event picture hot also.

For someone who just only started coming to the forefront of the WWE's third brand she has done an amazing job of keeping it in check, would i like to see someone else helm ECW at some point?, maybe but thats only if she is braught on to the divas division in a wrestling realted role, other then that She is one of the many reasons that i tune in on tuesday nights and see nothing wrong with what shes doing there, slow and steady builds always create long lasting talent.

Oh and shes hot

GM thing is stale for me.We've seen it too many times and it is always the same.My biggest issue with gm's is they take too much air time especially on RAW that they don't need.In ECW GM's can't take too much time because the show is only 45 minutes. So GM's only job in ECW is announcing matches and Tiffany is easy to watch.I'd prefer a hot person like Tiffany to Flair,Bischoff,Heyman or Dreamer for ECW GM role.

I think Tiffany is doing a decent job as GM, she gets in the right places and adds to the product. Here's something out there regarding Tiffany...

She seems to have been in the right places at the right time when the Hurricane has turned up, the Burchills got in her face, plus she was wearing black & green. I think we could see Tiffany in the ring as a superhero sidekick to feud with the Burchills. This would add an extra element to her character which really is pretty much your average backstage announcer at the moment. Adding to her character is always good.

I'm an ECW mark right now, so I enjoy most of it's product (with the exception of the abomination that is the Abraham Washington show). I love to see Tiffany's hot ass on camera each week and I think she's really trying hard in her role as GM, but she isn't totally believable to me. For instance, when she got all 'tough' with Paul Birchill this week, I was rolling my eyes because she didn't convince me that she was very threatening. I think the WWE needs to have her either fire a superstar (and possibly send them to another show) or make a ground-breaking decision that shows the audience how powerful she really is.

As a GM, I'd give her a 7 out of 10... with 5 out of 7 given for sheer hotness.

Well she is HOTT!! no doubt about that..as long as she stays off the mic then i have no problem..she as imroved though in recent weeks as opposed to when she fist started.

I've always liked this girl. She's so beautiful and shows no fear whatsoever to the crowd. I think she's excellent eye candy and a great GM. I prefer a women over men in that position. It's because ECW can use some women in one way or another. I dont see much of the bellas than that I see of Tiffany. And one more factor is that wrestling fans are Male crowds. So viewers will automatically watch ECW just because a beautiful voluptuous is talking.

I always thought Tiffany got a bad rap since Day 1. Her acting could use a little work, but she isn't nearly as horrendous as people make her out to be. I liked her from the start because she was a totally new concept .... that being the Beautiful Babyface Female GM of a show ... something the WWE never had before.

She is eye candy, and there's nothing wrong with that ... as long as they can pull off the character. She's doing okay at it. A little more work on the acting skills is needed to take her to the next level, but again, she isn't bad. I'll take her over Vickie Guerrero any day.

I was one of the folks trashing the decision to name Tiffany the GM, and I must admit I have had a change of heart. She isn't doing a bad job by any means, and she can speak clearly. Unlike Vickie Guerrero, who sounded like she just devoured a cheese burger before she stepped through the curtain. The main thing I like about her, and Teddy Long for that matter, is they don't take away from the show. Lets face it, She isn't there to draw a crowd, she isn't there to wrestle, she is there to put a pretty face of authority on the brand, which she succeeds at doing. Also unlike Vickie, who usually wasted a good 20 minutes of programming. I don't think Tiffany's as hot as most do, but I'm not too into the supermodel look. I prefer more of the ex stripper/prostitute turned wrestler look.

I honestly never had much of a problem with Tiffany being named the GM of ECW. I like that she doesn’t get involved in storylines like Vicky did. I am all for having authority figures in storylines because it can make good television but I think they had Vicky involved a little too much. As good a heel Vicky was I didn’t like her involvement in some things like matches for example. I felt that at times she did take away from the things happening because of her involvement whether it was interfering in a match or something else. Anyways, I think she has done a pretty good job so far in that position however there is always room for improvement. For one like Sidious mentioned she could improve her acting. Her acting isn’t by any means horrible but it wouldn’t hurt to get some acting lessons as it could add to things she might be doing. So, it could only help her if the acting was a little better but it isn’t something that she desperately needs. That’s the only thing I can think of right now that she could improve but other than she has done a pretty good job. I am glad they gave her a chance in her role and didn’t remove her after a few weeks because she has proved that she could be good in her role as an authority figure.

She is doing well, Getting all the emotions right when talking to people, But she isn't showing strong enough emotions, When she's angry she needs to take a much sterner voice. She's a nice piece of eye candy, And is progressing her speaking well.

She does need to express her personality a little more though, At times I feel she's a little robotic.

Tiffany is smoking hot. And like other people have said she shows up at proper times. Her air time shouldn't take half of an hour long show like ECW. She's shown some strengths in her role as GM and given more time she's got the potential to polish them. Right now, I think she isn't that great on the mic, but during backstage segments she does quite well for someone who hasn't been a GM for that long. Overall, Tiffany's doing well and I hope the future is bright for her.
