Owen's is probably because his missus won't let them. Davey is maybe drug related. And Anvil wasn't really much without bret. But together, they would work well.

I don't see how Owen's missus could stop a DVD on him if WWE wished. It's their material. But he doesn't really deserve one anyway.

But you could add matches by wrestlers who were trained by a Hart as well. It could be a really comprehensive set.
