The time has finally arrived, RD Reynolds, Blade Braxton, and the rest of the crew down at WrestleCrap have given us their nominations for the worst Gimmick of 2008. I wish to know what you, the consumer, think about their selections and what do you think is the absolute worst Gimmick in 2008. The nominees are:

Mike Adamle: Almost simply on a front office dicision that didnt work, the Mike Ademle era appears here. The WWE pays this man top dollar to suck so hard at the announce booth that his time as GM was ruined by an unwilling group of fans. Way to spend that cash wisely.

The Jay Lethal - SoCal Val - Sonjay Dutt Love Triangle: A storyline so convoluted that it olny could come from TNA. This story line also led to the two worst names for a gimmick match ever, The "Black Tie Brawl and Chain Match" and the "Ladder of Love." This ended in what everyone saw coming and no one cared about: a SoCal Val Heel turn. Props for that one.

McMahon's Million Dollar Mania: In order to bring in veiwers McMahon Institutes the Million Dollar Mania. Some People get money. The rest of us get laborous skits, a Rickroll, and Mea Young. And ultimately Vince is paralyzed and the Mania just made him look like some helpless old man. What a mess.

"Barrack" vs. "Hillary": With this comes the Individual "wrestling" themed promos that the Candidates gave us to garter their vote. But nothing says wrestling entartainment like a fake Bill, Hillary, and Obama mixed in with Umaga. Time consuming, pointless, and most of all not entertaining. kinda like a bunch of this stuff.

Braden Walker: Possibly the biggest most concentrated ammount of Fail ever acheived this past year. Its a shame, Casue Chris Harris was very entertaining...wait, did I say Chris Harris? I ment Armando Estrada. Chris Harris he sucks.

WWE Divas Championship: Giving the SD divas something to fight for, good idea. Have it never defended and make it look like a Butterfly, craptastic.

Santino vs. Cousin Sal: Jimmy Kimmle is not as popular as he used to be, and Cousin Sal was never popular. So leats devote 2-3 weks to a feud Between Sal and Santino, with Sal winning, and then never talk of it again. I'm confused I thought Russo worked for TNA.

TNA Fish Market Street Fight: A gimmick match so bad that it stunk up the arena...literaly. Fish used as weapons, a woman hit in the face twice due to Brother Ray's antics, and the always needed Johnny devine run in that screws 3D. And lets not forget the stipulation, where we were supposed to beleive the Brother Ray had to weigh less than 275 lbs, yea not happening.

So there you have it. Which one is the Worst, which one of these gimmicks deserves to be place among honorable company with Katie Vick, The Invasion, Al Wilson, Eddiesploitaion, and most recently, McMahon's Son. You decide

Braden Walker is my choice, He went from an up and coming star in TNA to the most flat character I have ever seen. And that it normal a lot of the times, See WCW Invasion wrestler list. But Harris had left a very popular tag team in TNA, gained around forty pounds of fat and was the least charismatic wrestler I have ever seen in WWE. I'm not sure how it ranks against the others on the list, but his atricious appearances made me glad to see him receive his pink slip quickly.

Million Dollar Mania wins here easily. This tedious faked crap dragged on and on (or it felt like it): at least they fucking fired Braden Walker quickly enough. The Diva's belt they rescued when they gave it to Maryse. Barack versus Hillary was only one night. Santino versus Cousin Sal was only a little bit of the program, even if it was fucking awful.

No, Million Dollar Mania was the worst. Botch-filled, stinking up the whole show, error-strewn, boring, an obvious fake, and even if not a fake totally pointless to anyone living outside the US, it represented a singularly disgusting low point of crowd bribery and a horrid descent from the enthralling promos and fun action that RAW can be at its best. Never, ever, again.

Plus, Vince as a face just did not fucking work.
