Am I the only one who see's how WWE is paralleling Edge and Seth's careers?

Edge was the first Money In The Bank winner who cashed in and made a huge impact.
Seth Rollins won the latest Money In Th Bank and cashed in too make the biggest cash in ever.

Edge had the backing of the person in charge of Smackdown, Vickie Guerrero.
Seth Rollins is the poster boy for the Authority.

Edge had his Edgeheads.
Rollins has J&J.

I'm sure there are more similarities. Does it seem to you that Seth Rollins is being groomed to take the spot that HOFer Edge used to hold, that being the position of a #2 or #3 guy and being the Ultimate Opportunist?

I personally feel it is the most fitting thing to do with Rollins as he plays the character perfectly. What do you think?

Yep and Edge was RAW not SD! then so he had Vince and Johnathan Coachman then when he cashed in the 1st time in 2006. So your getting your years confused pal. Plus Seth Rollins is this ERA's Edge which both are Randy Savage'sque. Edge's 2nd Case win was w/ Vickie by his side in a way. The only similarites w/ Edge and Seth Rollins is their Build and Attitude that's all.

Edge was and always will be awesome, yet his "ultimate oportunist" was nothing but a mix of other "heel" gimmicks, heel hbk, heel pipper, etc.

As much as the gimmick looks like a copy, its again, a mix of your typical heels.

That being said, i love rollins, he is amazing, charismatic, incredible talented and knows how to defend himself on the mic. If rollins IS a copy of Edge (which i dont think so), i welcome the hell out of it, because is working great.

I always thought Rollins character is like edge character. after split from shield his character hiding behind others is same like edge did in past.

Yeah I can certainly see the similarities. As a big fan of both Edge and Seth Rollins, I would like to see Rollins' career play out in a similar fashion. He has the ability to do so. Regardless of whether the two careers continue to mirror each other, it doesn't matter, because Rollins will be a big star, and likely as successful as somebody like Edge.
