I'll now reveal the secret behind my guessing how much rep everyone had in that other thread.
I figured out the ranges for those of you with less than 1,500 points by knowing how much the green bars by your username represent.
Any red bars = Negative Rep
2 green bars = 100
3 green bars = 200
4 green bars = 300
5 green bars = 400
6 green bars = 500
7 green bars = 700
8 green bars = 900
9 green bars = 1,100
10 green bars = 1,300
11 green bars = 1,500
Then for anyone who had more than 1,500 it came down to rep power. Every 1,000 rep points gives someone a rep power point, as does every 750 posts. Say someone has a rep power of 4 and 1,664 posts, kinda like me. I knew the range would be greater than 1,500 because of the amount of green bars and less than 4,000 due to the rep power of 4. Everyone gets the first rep power point at 30 posts. 2 of the 3 other rep power points came from reaching 750 posts and 1500 posts respectively while the 4th one came from earning over 1,000 rep points. Therefore I would have reached the range of "greater than 1,500 and less than 4,000", then guessed a random number in between.
A more complicated version of this trick works for the admins, who all have a rep power of 50. Go to the members list and have it sort everyone by total rep points rank, then find the range of whoever comes right before the admin and whoever is right after the admin.
There you have it, that's how I did it.
