The Remarkable 80's Bar and Grill

My favorite part of buying games as a kid was reading the manual.

I loved the back-story at the front of most of them.

Any Xbox exclusive games you recommend?

After seeing Gears of War 4 is coming out I've decided to get both

Swapped out The Division for Battleborn and 15$ towards Final Fantasy 15 pre-order. I couldn't get into the world of The Division, as beautiful as they made the torn up New York...it was pretty boring.

My copy of Gears gets delivered tomorrow. My friend grabbed the Ultimate Edition yesterday and has been playing it. He brought it to mine last night and I played through a little bit of the first chapter. I have to admit that it looks fantastic and it is totally different. That said, there are far too many weapons and not enough ammo drops.

More feedback to come.

NHL 17

PS4 Review.

Excellent. EA Sports has a gem once in awhile and NHL 17 is that gem. What more could you possibly ask for in a hockey game? Excellent realistic graphics, amazing sound, nearly flawless physics from the puck to player contact to 180 environment contact. There are dozens of modes but the go-to mode for me has always been EASHL drop in games.

Nothing is quite as fun to me as working with 5 other people online as a team to take down the other team of 6. EA has taken the errors and wiped them out from NHL 16. There's still minor, very minor problems like CPU goalies letting in a variety of money goals, passing has its glitchy problems and server issues.

The game shines in the gameplay. Hits are deadly, poke checking is balanced, goal tending is actually fun again, offense creativity can be mind blowingly beautiful at times.

I rank this game right up there with NHL 14 as greatest sports title of all time.

Now excuse me, the enforcer type D-man Harrison Ford needs more bodies to break and faces to punch in.

Fallout 4's character you can team up with.
Best character I've seen in a video game since Trevor's ultra violent, hilarious self in GTA V....

He's Nick Valentine. Part machine, part 60's Smart talking detective. His glowing, yellow eyes will haunt your dreams in the darkness under his weathered Fedora and detective trench coat. His synthetic skin barely covers all of his skull and you can catch glimpses of his mechanically engineering inside his skull. His voice acting is just something else and having this smart alec detective covering you with his hand gun in a fire fight is entertaining.

We just went into a comic book store to get a costume for a burnt faced guy in a town called Goodneighbor (a town full of mob like characters). The comic book store is jam packed with ghoul-zombies so we're having a boatload of trouble and I'm going through most of my ammo.

We get near our objective when a Glowing Ghoul attacks us with a shit ton of energy. I ran halfway down a flight of stairs, the G-Ghoul decides to chase Nick Valentine towards a side room.....

....but Nick comes out with a Rocket Launcher out of nowhere! He must've picked it up in that side room! The G-Ghouls legs are crippled from the blast but Nick is down for the count too, leaving me to hack away until the mission was cleared.

I love Fallout 4.

I've been thinking about getting a 360 and buying Gears 1-3 before getting an Xbox One and buying Gears 4.

Anything else I can get through Gamefly.

All that in addition to my PS4 I want.

Fallout 4 - Game Review for Xbox One-

-------

I'm currently 1 day, 11 hours plus into Fallout 4 for Xbox One and this game is jam packed with everything man! The main story is you wake up hundreds of years later in a vault after a nuclear war. The land has been ripped up and the world itself is a heavily used, exploded wasteland with creatures around every corner. The game is somewhat similar to Skyrim in terms of fighting, object hunting and interacting. Just about every little fork and spoon you come across can be picked up, and everything has a use, even junk.

Fallout 4 has city's that can be cleared out. You go through set objectives and cleanse a city of bad guys, then it is yours to mold as you please. You can build walls, roofs, huts, beds, tables, stores, turrets, fences ect ect ect ect....

Weapon customization tables allows you to customize your weapon by adding junk to it to improve everything from sights to barrels to stocks.

You also have a large mech suit you can use (if your lucky enough to find a battery for it) plus the mech suit itself is also highly customization heavy.

Fallout 4 also gives you a travelling companion to help you on missions. (I've had four so far, not including The Minutemen or Brotherhood of Steel) they also can follow orders and carry stuff for you.

I've done a few main missions, a few crazy side missions and a boatload of time trying to build up my cities. Fallout 4 has a relatively slow pace most of the time, but there's just so much to do.

For example, I decided to try an interesting side quest where this gangster type guy in a mob like city wanted me to bring a comic book hero to life called The Silver Shroud. The first part was to grab the costume at this comic book store, the place is jam packed with enemies and I complete it with a huge assist from my travelling buddy. Anyway, that was mission one of this side quest. 20 missions later and I finally complete the Silver Shroud side quest....

20....

All friggin killing, grabbing craziness. I couldn't believe how much was put into it, just boggles the mind.

I've scratched the surface of this game. It is something else. Now I'll see you later, I have a three story tall Queen Crab to kill in order to take over this crumbling castle....

Got The Nathen Drake Collection for PS4, that game will take awhile. Never played Uncharted 1-3. Uncharted 4 is incredible, wrapped it.

I'd like get Battlefield 1 then play 64 player online battles.

I highly recommend The Nathen Drake Collection for PS4. It has Uncharted Remastered 1-3. Purchased the game last week for the sole reason that -Uncharted 4- was one of the best adventure games I've ever played. Completed Uncharted 1- It's so-so, a decent game. Just completed Uncharted 2- Fucking fantastic game. I really enjoyed everything about it. It had two really insane action centerpiece moments and alot more difficulty compared to 1. On to Uncharted 3 tonight.

Ya ever watch Kung Fury?

Mark Keaton seems like the kind of guy that would be right at home in that universe.

Phew! Place was dirty!

CALL of DUTY - World War 2-

Its clear they read this thread as I begged COD to go back and do World War 2 because they rocked at it. Coming out this November and I'll definitely get this one after all the future shit they've been releasing lately that wasn't very good. Hopefully they can capture some of the magic that Battlefield 1 created. (Still suck at B1 by the way. Maybe I'm not meant to be a medic.)

I've lost all faith in COD, then again I only liked mw2. Thought the rest were average at best. Not a big fps fan, it's like the only genre I don't get into really

I don't really have one yet. The character is still fairly new to me. Having a title belt this early was unexpected, but I have a great tag team partner so it's hard to gauge if Keaton can even win a match once he's a singles competitor. I'd like to try a feud with Daggershield far down the road, maybe next season sometime. Seeing how he's technically the John Cena of WZCW.

Sadly....Remarkable Mark Keaton never did get his one on one match with Theron Daggershield.
