Tennants on tap, please Barman.

Also, I'm really looking forward to what you have planned for the WZ gameshow.

IC, do you plan on adding Bucci on facebook?

Also, as a hockey fan, please tell me you have been watching the Stanley Cup Finals, and what you thought of Byfuglien's hit on Pronger in the 2nd.

Loved Buf's hit. He's playing so well, he reminds me of a '95 Devil. He's like a cross between Randy McKay and Claude Lemieux.

Friend suggest Bucci to me, please, on Facebook.

Pronger shall have trouble now that Kane, Toews, and Big Buff are now split up. Possible double shifts, but not going to last all game for him, he would be wiped by the end of the 2nd. I'm so pissed I have to work tomorrow and have to miss a decent portion of the game. BUT...DVR.

I'll do such a thing in the morning. I can't get on facebook at work, and I may pass out once I get home at 12:00.

So IC apparently Dave thinks we're the pro-rookie pairing of Chris Jericho and Wade Barrett, can't say I'm not honored.

In unrelated news, I woke up this morning to do my thing in Facebook's Mob Wars game, and found that I had - for whatever unexplicable reason - gained 388 skill points to be allocated. I have no clue whatsoever as to why. Maybe a glitch? Maybe I won something? But it was a nice way to start a Wednesday, insignificant though the event may have been.

Nor I. I've had some solid mentees in my time here - you're the next in a long line of greatness my friend.

I didn't even know you considered me a mentee.

But I don't know about in line for greatness, I don't expect to be the next D-man, or the next Tastycles in debating skills and popularity.

Pint of Guinness, please IC25

I expect the full 119.53 seconds to be used

Naturally. Complete with a Shamrock in the foam...

Oh God no.

Aside from copyright infringement and corporate globalisation, it just looks stupid

Your face.

So how's the day treating you by the way IC?

Busy morning @ work, afternoon is pretty light. Hitting the chiropractor in a little while.

No. Preventitive care. Chiropractic is for a lot more than back issues my friend. Proper alignment of the spine is critical for your body to receive signals from the brain. Enhances overall health, balance, and energy. It also removes toxins trapped in your body.

Oh I know it's for more than back problems etc. it's just the primary thing you associate them with, that or neck problems.

I've been considering a chiropractor for my neck from time to time, have some paining days, and some decent, usually helps if I crack it a little bit from side to side.

But definitely sounds like a great thing to visit for health care then, I guess.

Chiropractors could also be a good thing for a guy like you who I could imagine works out a lot, no matter whether you're lifting a bit too much, lifting wrong (not expecting you to be doing that, but it's a scenario) or just needing some kind of good stretching.

Really? I could have sworn that the nervous system and the spinal column were completely separate.

Proof? And define 'energy' please. It's suce a vauge term. Are you refering to the amount of work done, how energetic you feel, amount of ATP in cells?

It also removes toxins trapped in your body.

How? Because I'm fairly sure that the allignment of one's spine does not affect the liver, kidneys or intestines.

Alternative medicines tend to be a load of bullshit.

If you want proof, go find it elsewhere. In the words of Jack Nicholson in "A Few Good Men," I have neither the time nor the inclination.
