I know this sounds basic, but TP them. Shread it up, and dump it all around their yards and do it at around 1:00 in the morning. The dew will make it a BITCH to clean up. It's happened to me. And stick the cardboard tube in their mufflers.

2. somehow get into their garage (if they have one) and get some friends to help you put the car in the garage sideways (if that's even possible)

3. break into their house when they aren't home and take a dump in their bed.

4. how about the old bucket of water on top of a door? They open the door and get wet (or the bucket hits them in the head).
