Yeah, I have two more days and then schools out for me. Can't wait to be done. And, you know, life has been better but it sure as fuck has been worse to. My trip to Purdue last weekend was a blast and hopefully some good will come from it for me soon.

I'm pretty sure every big kung-fu movie has dub versions, but I'm 100% positive Five Deadly Venoms has been dubbed. I've never watched that version of the film, but I'm certain it's an option on the Dragon Dynasty DVD release.

Speaking of Kung Fu films, I'm addicted to the new Mortal Kombat. Well, not really because I've been putting it down fairly often, but I'm pretty sure I could play it for a whole day without getting tired or bored.

I watched the first one when it was released a couple of weeks ago and really dug it. I'm a huge Michael Jai White fan, and he couldn't be more perfect as Jax.

I'll need to make some time this weekend to catch up with the rest of the episodes.

Huge, man. I grew up on Jean-Claude Van Damme movies, and of course shit like TMNT, the Power Rangers, 3 Ninjas, etc. And then as I got older I got really into Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan, and then I really started checking out kung-fu masterpieces such as the already mentioned Five Deadly Venoms, and also movies like Come Drink with Me, The Seven Samurai, Knockabout, etc. etc. etc.

I'm really into the Asian stuff, but the B-Rated American martial arts movies still entertain the fuck out of me. Kickboxer 2, for example, is one of my all time favorite movies. Michael Jai White's Blood and Bone I think is remarkable as well.

So, yeah... I'm into all that shit. Have been since I was a child.
