Excellence of Execution
It's obviously Rhino. For the last 3 years, it seems that the only thing Rhino ever does is run-in at the end of a match, usually because someone is getting beat up. I caught a replay of Impact this morning, and guess, he ran in to save Raka Khan and ODB.

Is that his official job title? Is it like "jobber" only getting paid more? Does Rhino contribute anything of value besides just randomly running in every week?

Has anyone else noticed how often this seems to happen? Has there EVER been another wrestler whose only job has seemed to be the official "run-in" guy?

Not that I can think of, and you're right. His run ins go back almost 3 years and they were as random as ever. His thing with Taylor Wilde.......ok I guess. They at least tried to give it a story with them both training in Detroit. I don't usually watch Impact until the Saturday reairing but I do read the spoilers and I scratched my head when I read that. He made sense to an extent being against Kip James, but you'd think that would have led to a match or something. He just runs to the ring anymore. Does anyone remember his last one on one match? I don't. This is proof to me that TNA just has too many wrestlers right now and they're trying to squeeze them onto one show a week and its a dismal failure.

i always thought rhino sucked...he does seem to get a nice little pop when he "runs-in" you have to admit that at least...but yeah you guys are correct, he seems to do nothing, and the last one on one match i remember was that whole beer story line with beer money inc. =\ which was terrible i might add, sure it started the whole beer thing...but still terrible, made no sense to me...

i miss the old rhino from ecw, where he was just like F YOU then gored/piledrived people....lol, that was amazing, he never spoke another word, or did anything, that intinsity he had, was just amazing....anyways enough remininsing....=\ i dont like the new "run-in" babyfaced rhino, at all...

I think that they have Rhino do run ins , Simply because he has name value and usualy gets a pop. He also is usualy never involved in storylines so it's just a easy way to get Rhino to do something. I guess TNA's way of thinking is that they'd rather have a former world champion that is mildly over doing run ins every week , than they would some guy nobody knows.

Prior to his tag team adventure, Abyss was doing exactly the same thing. Lucky for him, Matt Morgan is in the middle of a push and he got on board, forming this "original" team. IMO, it should have been Rhino instead of Abyss teaming with Matt Morgan, but I guess Parks influence backstage finally gave him an edge.
Run-ins aren't that bad, though. Rhino could be included in any storyline faster than if he was making a singles run.

Thing is I like Rhyno alot and quite alot of people do in the iMPACT zone as well but, he has never really performed that well as a babyface, he has soluid matches and at the moment does just do run ins and gets pout in random feuds I feel sorry for the guy. I think what TNA needs to do is find a enw run in guy ands turn Rhyno a solid heel. Like he was in ECW because that part he can play very well!
