I could be wrong, and don't take my word for it of course, but I seriously doubt there's a mod on these forums that would infract you for ignoring the existance of a swax1 thread.

My only problems I find are my spelling sometimes and I seem to have a tendency to make a thread already in existence

Spelling happens to everyone. Make sure you preview every post, fix the changes then post it. Existing threads are a dilly of a pickle. Try something that no-one else would think that is genious.
