I'm relatively sure the Miz is still in the main event. He had to take a few months and step back after WrestleMania. His time as champion came to an end, and guys like Alberto del Rio and CM Punk got a chance to step up, and that's been great. But if I remember Raw ended last week with the Miz getting thrown out of the building by the entire roster, led by the COO Triple H. Clearly he's still a part of the large picture. And now with Johnny Ace leading this faction of guys wanting to file suit against the WWE, it's only a matter of time before the Miz and Truth come back to lead.
The Miz is a great talent, with excellent mic skills (albeit being a little over the top). He proved he can hang with the Rock and John Cena, and even walked out of WrestleMania as the WWE CHampion. He's had the longest title reign of any champion in the past few years, and proved a lot of people wrong in the process. Can the Miz be a main event talent for the remainder of his career: yes. Will he? That is a impossible question to answer because of the nature of the industry he works in.
