The JoMo/Ziggler feud...

Dark Match Winner
What do you guys think?

The announcers really played the match tonight talking about watching the future of the company going head to head, and it was a pretty good match.

If Morrison and Ziggler continue this feud for the next few months, possibly into Summerslam do you think it could catapult them both way up the card?

Before the announcers mentioned it, I was sitting there thinking to myself... this could turn into an epic back and forth battle that makes the fans love these guys...

Thoughts?

I think they need to finally feud without the presence of other Divas. It's pretty sad that both these guys took a backseat to Snooki at Mania. Ziggler did an awesome job selling Morrison's kick and Starship Pain tonight on Raw. I think this feud will do both superstars well. However, I feel it will still be a few months before either break into main-event status.

I feel this will be a major fued in the coming years. Both are highly entertaining to watch. I truely believe these guys will be across the ring from each other in future main events. Should be interesting to see play out.

i like this fued i hope after its over they both go on 2 become main eventers id love to see it end with a triple threat between the 2 of them and miz for the wwe title i think after cena & orton retire morrison, ziggler and miz will become the top dogs in the company

I think this feud could really propel these two and put a spark in the upper midcard. Both guys are fun to watch and can put on a show. I would love to see an extended feud between these two. Maybe not a full fledge feud, but we know the tension is there. Possibly have one of two win the Raw MITB match at the PPV and then battle it out (say a best of 3 series). It makes the MITB contract look more important than it already is and it could show just how much these two want a world title shot.

jomo could get shot up, but he is already a big star, he should already be considered a main eventer because of what he has done. look at his matches, he is going up as far as doing high risk, amazing maneouvers in the ring that most people dont do. as for dolph, i dont see him as main event, he isnt anything special, i personally wouldnt even call him good inring, plus he is still with vickie so he is still hated for that (aside from being hated for being himself).

Cena is only 33 and Orton is only 31. Ziggler is 30 and Morrison is 31, so if Ziggler and Morrison want to make their mark it's going to have to be alongside Cena and Orton not after they retire. I do think Morrison will finally get his push towards the main event and a feud with the Miz. Ziggler without Vickie doesn't get much of a reaction so I don't know where he goes when he inevitably splits from her.

Ya if its not cena or orton in the main event itl be these guys, expect huge career long rivalries between jomo and ziggler and miz, those 3 guys will go at it for a long time to come and we will see them fight over the title and other things at many main events

Anything to Bring back the Mr. Ziggles chants.

Ziggler + Morrison have their in ring work going for them, but the major things deterring the feud, neither of them have much mic charisma.
seeing 4 star matches on Raw with the back story being so painful to watch isn't going to sell PPVs, although for free wrestling, they can put on a show.

It should catapult the both of them into the main event scene. It should be easier to push them into the main event as well considering that The Miz is the WWE champion.

It seems pretty dumb for them to wrestle each other every week and at every PPV.If they carry on like this,by the time June comes along their feud would have gotten stale. They can still build on their feud while having matches with other wrestlers, then when a PPV comes along, give them a good 15-20 minute match to show us what they've got.I think their big push would come at Money In The Bank. There's no one on Raw that deserves the briefcase more than those two guys.

This has the making to be a great rivilary. Both guys can put on a good match and their styles mesh together well. While neither has great promo skills they are good enough to push the feud along. Having Vicki involved is good and bad. She helps garner heat for dolph but takes to much of the spotlight off of the two guys. They should really try and get away from the gimmicky matches they have been having and focus on the two of them not liking each other and trying to show up one another in the ring. Don't have them wrestle each other every week break it up and have one guy on commentary during the others match or standing on ramp watching. Getting a prop involved like the U.S title or the MITB breifcase would help aswell. Have them both pull the case down together and have a best of series for the breifcase and have it end at a PPV. Then have one of them go off and start feuding with whomever is champ and possibly win the title and the next night on Raw he comes out to celebrate his victory and is attacked by the other and the feud is reignited with even more on the line. That being the World title.

I've been nothing but bored with it. Maybe this has to do with the Divas being involved but I'd like to see Morrison move on to bigger and better things (the Miz, MITB winner possibly). Ziggler is just...meh. Without Vickie he'd be nothing and I don't want Morrison stuck in such a glut.

I'm amazed they put the World Title on Ziggler, however short it was.

This sounds great, I love Dolph Ziggler and John Morrison, this has makings of match of the year, possibly. I think they can make a great fued, as Ziggler is talented on the mic and the ring and jomo is one of the most talented in the ring. They both are the epitome of the perfect looking wrestler.

I love it so far, it is being built very well... They placed intial focus on the Diva's and were just teasing a feud between the two, and now that the Diva's feud is finished they are starting to shift the focus to Jomo vs Ziggler.. the next step will be to make it "personal" and set up a PPV match, and I'm excited to see where this feud goes.. It's nice to see both men not being left behind on Raw (it would be very easy to do so with the influx of talent currently).. I know some people HATE diva's being invovled, but I don't think they detracted from the match, I think they helped to extend this feud and keep it entertaining.. This could be a more long term feud, and something I'm excited to see happen.. These guys are REALLY getting over with a main stream audience because of it, you can say what you want but Adding SNooki to the Mania match got a lot of non-"wrestling" fans to perk up and see these two future stars go at it.. Now they can take the main-stream rub they got from being associated with a celebrity and hopefully add to there already quite large following..

The problem with both of these guys is that they are the MIRROR image of each other: all ability and talent without anything to make their characters interesting.

While it might be they both need to go to acting school, the writing team isn't doing any favors. The actual storyline they are in is shockingly boring especially compared to other programs running on the same show.

Am I the only one who thought Ziggler cut a good promo last night? I could tell he is getting better. People will say al they want about how mic skills > wrestling skills but not for me. If I am going to be paying for a PPV, I want to watch a good main event. If Ziggler and Morrison are two future main eventers, I would have no problem buying a Ziggler/Morrison headlined PPV because I am guaranteed a damn good match. With Miz and Cena, big of a Miz fan as I am, he's not that great of a wrestler. Cena is limited but that's not good enough. I can't support Cena in the ring because he isn't allowed to show his stuff.

So if I pay for a PPV, I would a damn good main event. Miz and Cena don't put on a good main event IMO. Ziggler and Morrison would and the money would be well spent. Both are two future champions.

I agree that they need to drop the divas from this feud. Both are really good performers, even if you hate "starship pain" as a finisher, you can't deny the wow factor of seeing it performed.

Dolph has a great finisher in both the Zig Zag and the Sleeper, and he can work a match with just about anyone. I mean, the guy made Khali look good not so long ago. Not great, but adequate.

They need a chance to shine, let them get some face and mic time.
