The Humble Indie Bundle / Favorite Indie Game?

This is more informative to those of you who like independent video games, but have never heard of the Humble company. They release packages of indie games called "Humble Indie Bundles", in which you basically choose how much you want to pay and a cut goes to charity.

Currently they're on the fourth version of the bundle (HERE is the link), and I'm not sure about any of the games within it, but in the past it has held such greats as World of Goo, Osmos, and Machenarium. I just wanted to provide you guys with a link in case it could help you discover the next big indie game.

I guess to validate this as a "real thread" I should ask a question: what are your favorite indie games?

I've heard about the Humble bundles maybe once before. Seems like a good idea for a great cause, but I've only just gotten into playing a few Indie games so I'm not sure if I should commit to buying a pack just yet. As for my favorite Indie game, while it may be unfair to choose because I just finished it a couple days ago, I would have to go with Limbo. The challenge and creativity of the puzzles is great, and the atmosphere and art style are incredible. I love the trial-and-error style it uses and am thinking of trying for a no-death run soon. It'll be a challenge though.

Limbo is maddening, but brilliant. I love the style, and it is possibly my favorite indie game since Braid. It's not often that a 2D platformer, set completely in black and white can produce emotions like joy, fear, frustration, and accomplishment all at the same time.
