I agree with the above post.
Scrap the MITB PPV itself and and put the MITB match on the Wrestlemania card.
Move the Elimination Chamber match away from Wrestlemania and have a Number One contender Elimination Chamber match at the EC PPV in July, the winner gets a shot at the WWE title at Summerslam the following PPV.
MITB would get some Upper-Mid card wrestlers a Wrestlemania chance and an entire PPV wouldn't have to be centred around it. Also, Bonafide Superstars don't really need the briefcase to get the title shot, it needs to be a way to elevate someone from the Lower Leagues(IC/US Champsionship contender) to the Big Leagues(WWE title).
