Ignoring for a fact that she's not responsible for being an idol for anyone, if parents are concerned their 10 year old daughter will take pictures they feel are inappropriate, then it's the parents child to make sure the child isn't taking those pictures.

No, it doesn't have credibility, because the only photos that WERE released were questionable to begin with whether they were her or not, and weren't racy.

Furthermore, let's pretend she DID take those photos. Mind you, there's no credibility to it, but for argument's sake, let's say she did. She took those pictures on HER phone, and did not distribute them to anyone. They were for her personal use, and unlike the Myspace pictures, weren't put in public place. So, even if she did, she never made public naked pictures of herself, once again quashing your argument. In that case, Miley is a victim.
