"That's My Boy"

Is it just me that finds this film (Adam Sandler, Adam Samberg) fucking hilarious?

The Vanilla Ice shit, the bits with the tattoos, Adam Sandler in general & all the stuff in the strip club, I think it's one of his better films recently.

Adam Sandler is very, very proud of his Jewish heritage, which is cool, but Zohan was a little too much.

More of Dan Patrick and less of Vanilla Ice could've helped That's My Boy. Still a terrible, terrible comedy, though. Jack & Jill was actually better, and that's saying something.

Didnt like it that much but it wasnt terrible. Would give him 5/10.

But then again I remember Sandler form "Big Daddy", "Happy Gilmore", "Little Nicky" and stuff like that. Too many haters of his work today. Cant blame them because of his recent work but the guy gets too little credit overall...

I thought it was funny. Then again I'm not a critic of much things.

“What are you, bionic?" “No, I only like the ladies, but thanks anyway". Shit was funny.

Adam Sandler long ago joined Mike Myers and Eddie Murphy atop the "SNL alums who survived long enough to stop being funny" list.

This is easily one of the worst 5 films I've ever seen. I think it's definitely just you, J4L.

I'm not sure about this, my friend. Jack and Jill was an abortion of epic proportions. We snuck in to see it after seeing another movie, and I still felt ripped off.

Oh, I know Jack & Jill is still an abomination no matter how you look at it. But when comparing the two, I believe That's My Boy is worse by far. At least Jack & Jill had Al Pacino, who was actually funny more often than not.

Then again, I'm like this with "You Don't Mess With The Zohan".

In this one sentence, you have lost all movie critique credibility. If I had wasted my time to see That's My Boy, I could've probably criticized you for that too. But I have not.

I feel this way about The Whole Ten Yards. I got that movie for a penny, having never seen it before. I figured for one measly cent it couldn't be that bad. I want my money back.
