Terminator/James Storm request

After bugging a few very fine sigmakers with a request that appears to be a no-go, I figured the best course of action would be to see what people can come up with.

The criteria - James Storm and some Terminator reference that ties the phrases, "Sorry about your dam luck!" and "A storm is coming" together.

Rep and credit will of course be given, so if anyone fancies having a go at this I'll be interested in seeing what you talented folk can come up with!

Well, my first idea consisted of Storm on his beer scooter thing driving on the same highway as Sarah Connor at the end of the first Terminator, but it didn't seem feasible and overly complex.

The second idea was a picture of Storm's face with the Terminator skull effect but that again seemed to be asking a bit too much.

So I'm pretty much giving minimal guidelines to see what someone can come up with! As the line comes from the first Terminator then maybe something inspired from that would be the way to go?
