- Scott Steiner was favoring his leg last night after his match with Kurt Angle.

- TNA ran an angle last night during the PPV Pre-Show explaining that Tomko was "in Japan on business." This is the truth as he and Giant Bernard won the IWGP Tag Team Titles, defeating Manabu Nakanishi & Takao Omori.

This past week Bill Goldberg said that while he's accepted that at his age (he is 40 years old) he'll never compete in MMA, he's still open to wrestling again. He said he'd consider going to TNA, but for the right offer.

Although, he also said that they've never come close to making the right offer.

With Kurt Angle under investigation, Steiner possibly injured, TNA may make an offer that is up to his standards

This past week Bill Goldberg said that while he's accepted that at his age (he is 40 years old) he'll never compete in MMA, he's still open to wrestling again. He said he'd consider going to TNA, but for the right offer. Although, he also said that they've never come close to making the right offer.

Shane Douglas has not been brought back to his backstage agent role since he fell asleep in the dressing room before a set of iMPACT! tapings last December.

Konnan is doing better, at least as it pertains to his hip. He was on crutches backstage instead of the wheelchair he uses on TV, although by the end of the long day he was back in the wheelchair.

Kurt Angle is scheduled to make a rare independent wrestling appearance on April 22 for Northeast Wrestling.

Jeff Jarrett, James Storm and Eric Young will be doing an autograph signing today in Nashville, TN at the FYE on West End Avenue to promote the release of TNA's "Best of the Tag Teams" DVD.

It has now been confirmed by WrestleZone.com that TNA's House Show in Louisville, Kentucky will be taking place on Friday, April 20.

Dave Meltzer is reporting some additional notes regarding TNA's Destination X PPV this past Sunday. Sting was said to be pretty messed up and in a lot of pain following his Last Rites Match with Abyss at the PPV. Sting still appeared and wrestled at last night's TV tapings in Orlando.

It should also be noted that AJ Styles had the wind knocked out of him when he took his bump to the ring mat off the Elevation X structure. Despite the big bump, Styles also worked the TV tapings last night as well.

The Great Muta was seen at the Destination X PPV, but his main purpose for being in Orlando, FL on Sunday was to establish a working relationship between his All Japan Pro Wrestling promotion, and TNA.

Muta (the president of All Japan) and AJPW Director Masayuki Uchida worked out an agreement with TNA's Dixie Carter, Jeff Jarrett, and Andy Carter to exchange talent. This will likely end TNA's working relationship with New Japan Pro Wrestling.

Kurt Angle wrestled for NJPW on 2/18 in Tokyo, Japan. In the past, IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Hiroshi Tanahashi and legend Jushin Liger of New Japan have wrestled in TNA. The NJPW-TNA relationship appeared to be in danger following the recent resignation of Simon Inoki from New Japan. Muta not only met up with Angle, but the two posed for photographs. No word yet on which talent might be exchanged.

People in TNA were rolling their eyes Sunday when Vince Russo refused to tell anyone early in the day who the mystery team was going to be for Christy Hemme. Well, anyone besides the creative team. Hemme's tag team turned out to be former WWE tag team The Heart Throbs.

TNA's website has photos up of MLB stars Sean Casey & Curtis Granderson of the Detroit Tigers and David Dellucci & Jason Davis of the Cleveland Indians at the Destination X PPV this past Sunday.

Footage from Lockdown 2006 between Christian Cage and Abyss last year is scheduled to be featured on FOX's "House" show this April.

Information of Lance Hoyt and Leticia making an appearance at "Slackers" in St. Charles, Missouri on April 13 is up at TNAWrestling.com.

WrestleZone.com has been able to confirm that TNA will be holding a House Show event on April 13 in Springfield, Missouri at The Shrine Mosque. Advertised for the event includes Kurt Angle, Rhino, Samoa Joe and others. This event will take place two days before the Lockdown PPV on April 15 in St. Louis, Missouri.

The company has already confirmed a House Show event on April 7 in Corinth, Mississippi, while a House Show in Louisville, Kentucky is scheduled for April 20.

Final Resolution '07 will be released 5/1 on DVD.

Major League Baseball stars attended the TNA TV tapings in Orlando on Monday. TNAWrestling.com has backstage photos on their site.

Lance Hoyt and Leticia will be appearing at Slackers in St. Charles on Friday, April 13th from 5-7pm. 8x10s will be available for $5, with proceeds benefiting Children's Hospital. The first 200 people on hand will receive a free copy of TNA's Third Degree Burns CD.

There is a fire Vince Russo MySpace created by a fan on-line at http://www.myspace.com/firevincerusso

Many people have asked why so many fans were turned around looking at something in the crowd during the Chris Sabin vs. Jerry Lynn match at Destination X. Here is a fan report from the official WrestleZone.com forums: Some mullet rockin' drunk redneck and his wife got into a shouting match, she hit him and then he hit her, then in came TNA Security and Orlando Police. To top it all off....The redneck son exchanged words with Sabin, that's why Hebner had to stop him from getting off the apron and keep him focused on the match. The son was about to chuck a bottle of Sprite at Sabin when Don Harris (head of TNA Security) pretty much grabbed him and yanked him out.

Dutch Mantell writes the TNA TV shows and PPVs and not Vince Russo as many people would tend to think. Russo just offers some ideas sort of like a consultant according to WrestleZone.com. Russo is also said to have a few "pet projects" in VKM, Christy Hemme and Ron Killings.

Mantell also has a few "pet projects" in Robert Roode, Eric Young and Abyss. According to Wade Keller, Abyss always follows Mantell around backstage and is seen by some as his shadow. Abyss has also rubbed some people the wrong way at times by always asking "how did I do" after every match and promo.

Jeff Jarrett only works on the booking and gives the final "OK" on everything.

Alex Marvez has an interview up with Bill Goldberg, promoting his new Bullrun show. In the interview, Goldberg says the following about TNA.

"If (TNA) were smart, they would give me what I wanted to put them on the map. It would take the right price, the right schedule and mainly the right working environment . . . Obviously they're not (offering that), so good riddance."

Devon of Team 3D is in the process of opening a Smoothie Store called "3D's PowerBlendz" in Melbourne, Florida.

Looks like they are going for the talent exchange and that could be a huge move from them. It will give the Japanese guys time to shine in the American market.

Scott Steiner is being paid a reported $2500 to work AAA's Rey de Reyes show on Sunday at El Toreo in Naucalpan.

Konnan should be returning shortly to AAA television as a heel manager.

WrestleZone.com has an article noting that Tokyo Sports is reporting that Kurt Angle is expected to work in the All Japan Pro Wrestling ring soon.

Big Show won't be signing with TNA anytime soon. He is involved in some sort of new project in which Show is both excited and motivated about. No details on the project have been given yet. Show will probably make his new commitment public by the start of the summer.

WrestleZone.com is reporting that on April 7th, TNA star Brother Devon of Team 3D is scheduled to open his new Smoothie Store, 3D's PowerBlendz - Melbourne, Florida from 1 to 3 PM. Devon and WWE Champion Batista will be signing autographs at the grand opening. If you attend, send the staff at WrestleZone.com a report by going to their site and using the feedback/news submission form.

It's being said that everyone under the age of 30 hates life backstage at TNA, and everyone over 30 (mostly the guys making big money) are fine. People were complaining that the promos they were asked to cut made absolutely no sense, and there is a feeling that the writing is dated because it's being written by old guys who have no idea what's cool in 2007. People were also rolling their eyes at the introduction of Abyss's mom character at this week's iMPACT! tapings

- The general feeling is that backstage interviewer Leticia Cline has no talent.

- The reason the Bashams were not used at Destination X is because they wanted VKM to beat a few teams before they arrived.

- Jim Cornette laid out all the moves for Gail Kim and Jackie Moore before the double bull rope match at Destination X.

- Its being said that the April 14th Lockdown event has sold about 3,000 tickets so far. In addition to the announced main event of Team Angle vs. Team Cage, other matches that are expected to be added the PPV card include Team 3D vs. LAX in an electrified cage match, Chris Harris vs. James Storm, Austin Starr vs. Senshi (with Bob Backlund as the special guest referee), and possibly Chris Sabin vs. Jerry Lynn vs. Christopher Daniels in a three way match. All matches will be contested in the six sides of steel.

WrestleZone.com is reporting that the plan right now is to have the Basham Brothers become Christy Hemme's long-term tag-team. The Heart Throbs were just brought in for a "one shot deal". WrestleZone.com also reports that both teams had been debated for some time as to who would be brought in for a "one shot deal" and who would stay with the company for a longer period of time. The Basham's won out in the long run and will be brought in very soon to become Christy's team, NOT the Heart Throbs according to Wade Keller.

WrestleZone.com is reporting that TNA is expected to announce details of a special Elevation X commemorative item soon that would feature pieces of the gear that Rhino and AJ Styles wore for the bout.

In something they have been doing for a while now, another edition of "TNA Today" hosted by Jeremy Borash is now up on TNA's website. This will be a daily show featuring the latest on TNA.

The National Wrestling Alliance has declared that Christian Cage is the most wanted man in NWA History.

TNAwrestling.com has a brand new daily online video show called "TNA Today" hosted by Jeremy Borash. Two episodes of the show have aired thus far and the show will be airing daily Monday-Friday. Thursday's show will feature exclusive footage of Kurt Angle taking batting practice with the St. Louis Cardinals.

TNA has a preview subsite for the soon to be released Best of AJ Styles Volume 2 DVD.

Brand new Sting and TNA logo t-shirts are now up for purchase at Shoptna.com.

Ringsidecollectibles.com now has TNA action figures series 6 in stock including the rare variants.

Last week's episode of Impact scored a 1.06 cable rating.

TNA is now posting daily video news segments on www.TNAWrestling.com. They are hosted by Jeremy Borash and Don West and the pieces include exclusive interviews and merchandise promotions.

TNA has released new t-shirts for the company logo, LAX, and Sting. They also now have officially licensed replicas of their X-Division championship for sale.

On the TNA/NWA split, what is currently happening is that wrestlers from each NWA member company have been issuing challenges for the NWA title, including Bryan Danielson, Adam Pearce, and Brent Albright. The current plan is for their to be a tournament and crowning of a new NWA champion. During that time, TNA plans to simply re-brand their titles as TNA Titles, and get new belts made. As of right now, there are no plans for an on air angle to explain the drop of the NWA name, it will just be phased out.

Here is a list of upcoming dates for the promotion:
