I preferred the old GM mode because then you could make more matches for titles. I can't make a title match for the WWE title on Raw even though the champion and number 1 contender except on ppv when the system already sets a title match.

You can if you know the workaround. give your champion a nonstandard title, and then you can choose the belt you want to defend, whenever you want to defend it.

In my SVR 2011, i have made it my mission to get rid of Smackdown and just pick the option to switch everyone to the RAW brand, because in reality look at SD in real life, the roster is actually small, im making it so to put all Superstars and Diva's on RAW.

Yeah, I've gotten some weird stuff like that too. I usually sim most matches unless they have my guy, or if they look like good matches.

Damn you guys arent even fully utilizing the mode. I pretty much dictate every match and rivalry, and its a damn fun time.

Only thing I have a bad time with is its nearly impossible to depush someone. I can have them loose clean twice a week for an entire month, and they will just NOT move down the rankings.

I remember you originally not liking Universe? Glad to see you're enjoying it now, it's probably the best idea THQ's done in a long time. And yes, there's still room for improvement.

Do they lose to the people below them in the rankings? Or in matches you make or ones that are made by the CPU? If you make the matches, they might not have an impact, or if they wrestle people that aren't on the list (or wrestle in Tag matches) then it might not change.

a TON of room for improvement, but yea, I love the mode, its pretty much the only thing I use. I really feel like they should put all their development towards that mode and create a story, as from what I understand, that is a really popular mode as well

agreed. It would kick all kinds of ass if they did that. eliminate every game mode but Universe and story designer (obviously keep the Create-A stuff, in fact re-add Create-A-Taunt too).

Create a Story is awesome, if only because you can DL other peoples work and play them (like Wills story). The options are limitless with Story Designer.
