Superstars who will be forever Mid-Card

Mac Attack

I'm neat.
I don't think thgis thread has been made yet so I decided to create it. Basically what superstars will remain mid card for the rest of their careers. Post who you think, fI'm going to post the three that I'm really annoyed will remain midcard. Also, i'm going to stay away from jobbers Ex:Hornswoggle

Kofi Kingston- He has so much potential. After his feud with Randy Orton in the past people were for sure that he was going to be a Main Eventer. Well looking back he got wasted. He is currently the figure head of the Mid Carders. He is the perfect canidate to throw into a midcard title chase and sadly I believe this is how he will remain. I feel they have wasted their oppurtunity with him and are really not allowing him to shine. Honestly he seems like a weak IC Champion right now and it is truly a felony because he is really that good. Unless they do something fast I think there is no return for him. He has been on highs and on lows but this guy deserves a shot in the future. The problem is that with the current Superstar pushes being given to new comers he is forgotten. I know he may have a belt but honestly I think he should get used to that belt. Sadly I see Kingston trapped forever in Midcard world.

Kane- honestly I believe this guy was only added to the WWE to interact with Undertaker. He has two World Title reigns and one was very short. I think he has so much potential that got wasted. He was very strong asset to the WWE in the past but honestly has done nothing for himself in terms of getting titles. He may be the devil's favorite son but honestly he has done nothing. His title reigns are because of the Undertaker and his best work was with Undertaker in Brothers of Destruction. I wish this guy was used better in the past but honestly he was wasted. It is almost time for him to Rest In Peace and yet he is still midcard. He is been around for so long and yet he doesn't get anything from creative unless there is Undertaker. Hopefully he becomes a good politic because WWE obviously just doesn't care for him unless he is with the Taker.

Kozlov- Just imagine if he was the one to face Taker instead of Shawn Michales. It was a possibility at one point. Would Michaels still be around? Would Kozlov have been champion by now? Probaly. They utterly wasted him in his career. He is so much better than what they make him to be and honestly it annoys me to no end that he is where he is. He for sure deserves better but his career literally died with ECW. The Moscow Mauler was killed when he got sent there and had to perform at the level of the far weaker ECW superstars. This guy has had victories over the likes of Undertaker, Triple H, Jeff Hardy. And now he is stuck in a tag team with Santino. He isn't even the better member of the tag team. He got wasted and now he is stuck where he is. He could have been the big international star that they wanted...instead he won't be anymore than a weak midcard champion

Zack Ryder- Anyone else remember when he was a tag team with Curt Hawkins? Good things actually happened to him. Let's see now he is tagging with Primo and he has never won a singles title. All the signs of a star who will never be anything more than a midcarder. He is the greatest disappointed because he has the mic ability and he has the gimmick he just isn't getting pushed. I think he could easily be something and he could have been a great US Champ contender. Oh wait he did receive a WWE title match on Raw one time. Here's what happened. Sadly it might hvae been his last shot.

Anyone else's opinion

Well Kane isn't a career mid-carder because he's been in the main event a god few times over his career. Zack Ryder is actually below the mid card, they tend to constitute as guys on the televised shows who are n the US title scene or below e.g. Evan Bourne, Daniel Bryan and others, being on superstars makes you a low-card superstar.

Neither is Hornswoggle a jobber, let's get that one clear straight away. He probably wins as many of his matches as any other superstars, jobbers initial criteria is to lose matches. Besides their secondary criteria is to showcase the arsenal of the opposing superstar and make them look dominant, and beating Hornswoggle wouldn't do that so he isn't a jobber.

Your other two choices are alright for me, I mean even Kozlov is a bit disputable because he had a very brief main event stint but he is by and large mid-card fodder.

Mark Henry - I'd say he counts as mid-card. No reason to believe he will ever get any kind of a push from here in for the rest of his career. Has had the smallest of main event runs over a 12/13 year career. He's about as mid-card as they get and that isn't going to change.

Ted DiBiase Jr. - Average wrestler and way below par entertainer. Destined for mediocrity as long as he has a career, and I hope that isn't too long. I've forgotten he even existed too often recently, and given that my disdain for him makes me notice him as much as the average guy that really isn't a good thing.

Mark Henry- has no skills whatsoever that justify moving above mid card. If he had them he would have been pushed by now.

Kofi Kingston- Unless he alters his gimmick he has MIDCARDER FOR LIFE stamped all over him. I cannot take him seriously as a main eventer right now

I'm not going to say why, but provide you with a list. Some may surprise you, some may not.

Mason Ryan (He's too Green)
Kofi Kingston
Mark Henry
Zack Ryder
Tyler Reks
Heath Slater
Ted Dibiase
Vladimir Kozlov
Chris Masters (It's a shame really)

There are probably more, but you should catch my drift. There are people I would pick such as R-Truth and Santino Marella, but Truth was in the Main Event of the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View, so that sort of rules him out. Also, I do still believe, somehow, sometime, in the future, something BIG will happen with Santino Marella. What it is, I've no clue, but maybe he holds the Main Event Title accidentally, wins it by luck, or with a Money In The Bank. It's gotta happen eventually, he's possibly the biggest crowd pleaser there is in the business at the moment.

This is going to sound weird but I totally agree with J4L. Andf that's with everything said the midcarders who he picked, and the Santino situation. I think it would be awful if he does not get a World Title in some way.
