I have blocks on a lot of things at work.

Like you said though, strangely WZ is not one of them.

I spent a gread deal of my time in secondary school fueding with the 'RM safety-net' which used to block out the majority of the internet. I didn't have that much desire to actually 'visit' any of the sites which were blocked (with the excpetion of wikipedia), I just liked to rub it in the faces of the IT staff that I was that much better than them.

Proxy servers are generially the best way round filters, or pinging the site in question then connection directly to the IP address, or quite oftern just hammering refresh untill the filter gives up and overloads.

Can you just randomly block any site, or do you have to go to it to block it? If the latter is right.. then WZ likely never gets any blocks because hardly any school, library or Parent knows of it.

And those that do, obviously aren't blocking it.. because they're coming here to post themselves.

I would use the proxy sites... however they have them blocked as well. It's some sort of program where they can block out key words along with sites... The thing sent a report of my computer to the administrator for me trying to access vulgar sites... ie: youtube and aol mail... I hope they call me XD

All the proxies etc have been blocked at my school too. We can still use wikipedia but bebo, myspace, youtube etc have been blocked.
So are all the forums except WZ for some reasom.
