Stuff to do in London?

I am going to be crossing the Irish sea from one capital city to another tomorrow morning. Opeth are playing a special anniversary gig in the Royal Albert Hall and a friend of mine managed to get tickets

I have almost all of the day free and my friend knows nothing of the city either. Anyone got any advice on good places to visit or things to do?

• London Eye
• Madame Tussauds
• London Aquarium
• Harrods (One of the largest toy shops)
• Tower of London
• Natural History Museum
• Tate Modern
• Science Museum (that place is epic)

Things to sightsee

• Buckingham Palace
• Trafalgar Square
• Houses of Parliament/Big Ben
• St. Paul's Cathedral
• Tower Bridge/Tower of London
• O2 Arena (and wait there for a week)
• Canary Wharf
• Soho Square
