Obama gave a speech to the Muslim world, and pundits argued he was being apologetic, and over stepped bounds when he was being respectful and said "The Great Religion of Islam."
Obama didn't get super tough with North Korea quick enough for some people, and people claimed he was being soft on a country that really can't do anything against anyone.
Obama didn't condemn Iran fast enough, and people claimed he wasn't being fast enough to protect Democracy. Something about wanting to wait for more evidence before condemning the nation you want to keep from nuking Israel being a bad thing.
Obama went to the UN, and told the nations of the world that they couldn't both condemn the United States for acting as the world's police, but at the same time waiting for America to fix their problems.
Obama chastised the Israelis and Palestinians for not working hard enough for the peace that they claim to want.
And, now, Obama has stepped up to Iran. Obama Kicking Some Ass.
Iran's secret underground nuclear base has been discovered, and France, Britain, and the US issued a joint press conference on it. Sarkozy and Brown were their typical "Hey, you shouldn't be doing this" selves. Obama stepped up, and kicked some Iranian ass.
Just some excerpts:
So...I thought Obama was a little bitch who didn't know how to play tough? He has shown here what he promised on the campaign trail; that he will practice open dialogue with willing countries, but not be afraid to get tough when he must. Obama has been accommodating to Iran this entire time, much more so than the Bush administration would have been. The Iranians pushed to far, and now Obama is threatening military action.
I'm not gonna lie, I've got a smirk on my face. I can't wait to see how Glenn Beck tries to twist this showing.
I'm proud of Obama. He's shown the face that America should be showing. We'll be peaceful with you for as long as need be, but if you show you are unwilling to act in good faith we will not put up with that shit.
Side Note: Is it just me or has Obama gotten pissed off this week? Chastising the UN, lecturing Israel and Palestine, and now literally telling Iran that he has the finger on the button? Damn.
So. Enough of me jumping up and down in my liberal, bleeding heart happiness. Is Obama's stance against Iran correct? Should he back off? Push forward? Is he too late, or too soon? Or, if you must, try to twist this into a negative. Stake your claim.

Just some excerpts:
Backed by other world powers, President Barack Obama declared Friday that Iran is speeding down a path to confrontation and demanded that Tehran quickly "come clean" on all nuclear efforts and open a newly revealed secret site for close international inspection. He said he would not rule out military action if the Iranians refuse
Iran is on notice that when we meet with them on Oct. 1 they are going to have to come clean and they are going to have to make a choice" between international isolation and giving up any aspirations to becoming a nuclear power, he said. If they refuse to give ground, they will stay on "a path that is going to lead to confrontation.
Iran is breaking rules that all nations must follow. The size and configuration of this facility is inconsistent with a peaceful program.
