Oh I agree so so bad. She keeps asking me questions, and even though I've never actually met her, it's not hard for me to tell she's a shy girl, one of those "wierd" kids at school. She thinks people at my school dislike her for being asian, which is probably bullshit cause I live in such an unrasist community. She actually told me she didn;t want a Bf, just to be maried. When told that she'd need a Bf in order to get married, she replied "Not always", eventually followed by "Will you go out with me?" I litrally didn't answer her.

I'm obviously in no position to tell you that its stupid, or impossible for something to work with only a 5 year age difference. I think I'd be making myself look like a complete idiot if I did.
However there comes a time when the age of a person does need to be understood. 15 is definately under the bar, and they're still maturing. Hell, 16 and even 17 are crossing some lines and even I'LL admit that.. but there are those out there who can be very mature at that age.
The main points you need to get at are this.
A.) You haven't met her, which means internet (I assume) and while 16 is legal in England, it isn't in America. Furthermore, in America (and Canada) they crack down A LOT harder on situations like these, especially when that bar is below 16.. she's 15.. even if you were 18, it'd be a bad situation.
B.) The conversation you posted, even out of context is still very much a strong sign that she needs years to develop into an adult brain. Shes warped in thinking she doesn't want a boyfriend and only wants marriage. That is a little girl, watching too many soap opera/fairy tales.
C.) She contridicted herself in saying she doesn't want a boyfriend, only to then ask if you'd go out with her. You know what that leads to? RAPE ACCUSATION! Even if you never touched her, or even (yet) met her. She could claim some wild random conversation came up in which you tried getting her to agree to sex.. and if she, at 15, cries worf.. you at 20, will be crying for real, in prison.
The fact is.. age is a number, but maturity isn't. And that girl based on the conversation you gave.. isn't mature enough to understand how to save a dollar for the future, let alone accept a working relationship that'll go beyond a month.
I think she was playing a game. And even if she wasn't, she's mentally not all there from what I can see. You don't want that.
